While I cannot say I have noticed a difference taking this supplement for the past three years, the two ingredients were recommended by Dr. Zelenko to boost one’s immunity system. I have not been sick yet this season, and have not experienced C*V*D. I think the 22 mg of zinc is elemental zinc. Sandhus will need to confirm this.
