Healthy Choice Simply Steamers Frozen Three Cheese Tortellini - 9oz

I was so hopeful. It’s hard to find quick delicious microwaveable meals for vegetarians. We sometimes like quick meals too! This was tasteless when it came to the pasta and sauce. I only tasted vegetables. I can cook vegetables myself with no flavor for that. So this was a waste of money and a meal in my opinion.

Not a very good flavored sauce. It’s tolerable but that’s about it.

The sauce and veggies were a bit sour/bitter. Not my fave.

I had high hopes for this. It proved to be tasteless. I think s tomato based sauce would be an improvement. The herb sauce had no flavor. Asparagus was hard and woody.

I am generally a Healthy Choice fan, but the three cheese tortellini meal is awful. There was a mound of soggy steamed onions and a few tough asparagus stems as vegetables, and the "creamy" sauce was really an herbed broth. The tortellini have very little flavor. This is a very disappointing meal.

I'm on a low sodium diet and this fits the bill. Less than 600 mg of sodium and really delish!!

I've tried this tortellini three times now and I agree with some of the other reviewers. Lacking in flavor and the sauce is very thin. I actually added in some shrimp for more flavor.

I love tortellinis and veggies and I’ve loved steamers for a long time and have tried many and this one lacked flavor very hard the sauce just tasted like some water oil mixture

Sauce leaves a little to be desired. Great pasta and so many veggies. Very happy with it!

There are way too many onions in this. The sauce is bland.

The tortellini and vegetables are fine but the sauce is very disappointing. It is fairly tasteless with just a tangy after taste.

Asparagus: NO Tips, only tough stems, stringy outside of thick stems wewe not peeled. Most other vegetables were over cooked. Also, agree with other reviews that there's no evidence of *3* different REAL cheess.

I noticed saturated fat was only 10% which is good but low and suspicious for a supposedly 3 cheese pasta. Well, my suspicions were right. I tried it anyway and there was very little flavor in the tortellini itself it just tasted like plain pasta. The sauce was decent very herbal. Two stars because of the attempt at vegetables that cooked up pretty well. If I bought this again I'd have to add something to give it more flavor.

The sauce in this was the least desirable part of this meal. The amount of raw onion thrown in was ridiculous and the vegetables were cut so “rustic” and different sizes. My least favorite dish so far from this company.

Surprisingly good, added some sriracha for more flavor and tasted much better

I like healthy choice and was excited to try this new meal, but I’m disappointed. Overall the flavor is good, the sauce and veggies are nice and the pasta was a good consistency. But it is advertised as three cheese tortellini, and honestly the only cheese I could taste was the Parmesan I sprinkled on top myself. The tortellini didn’t taste cheesy at all. Unlike the healthy choice raviolis which clearly are filled with ricotta when you bite into them, this filling was more like a dry, flavorless dough/ breadcrumb than anything else. I even bit a couple in half to inspect, and it didn’t look like cheese either. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t at all my expectation of a cheese filled pasta. I almost wondered if it was some kind of vegan cheese substitution. Other people have left good reviews on the tortellini, so I don’t know if it’s possible there was just a bad batch, but I don’t think I will be getting it again. It’s a shame because if it was actually cheesy it would be so good.

The sauce had a strange, tangy flavor, making it my least favorite version of this product.

Sauce was super weird and watery; I had to add some red sauce. Also added cracked pepper and some shredded mozz and parm. Still wasn't very good or filling. But I love a quick and easy meal late at night.
