Easy peasy
I bought this in time for my holiday dinner, and am very happy that i did. I made a prime rib roast and cutting those is not easy. I went perfectly!

Great Gift idea
I bought my last electric knife 40 years ago. I was very surprised to receive this as a gift. I love the safety features, switch guard and extra long electrical cord.

Great electric knife

Safety pin does not work
I received the electric knife as a gift and although I received the electric knife as a gift and although I have not used it, I washed the blades and inserted them into the knife per the instructions. Surprisingly, the knife ran with the safety pin in both the lock and unlock positions. This makes me question the overall quality.

Haven't used yet
Looks good, rated well, but when you open the box be careful. If you hold the box on the end and lift the lid then the box will collapse and drop your knife base onto the counter, or floor if you are not over a counter.
