The instructions were terrible and we did the dress wrong. No way to fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely LOVED this toy. It was great that not only is it a doll to play with, you actually get to make an element of it. And it’s sort of like slime which we all know that kids are mad for! She’s a big fan of the surprise element too and she was happy with the doll she got. A fun toy!

Bought for grand daughter. There was not enough product to fill to red line. The blob did change color but it did not form a dress.

This was a gift to our grandaughter for her Birthday. We grew up in a generation where the instructions were written, and not just pictures shown. Needless to say, we ended up with a glob of stuff, not a dress. True we have a doll and a tea cup, but complete failure on the dress. Which was suppose to be the magical part. The only thing magical for us was our money disappeared.

Plastic hardened in the position bottles before able to use it! Buyer Beware!

Instructions are just photos, so I told my daughter to do it the wrong way and I ruined the dress. I didn’t do the mold right. I should have watched a YouTube video first. It also didn’t come with enough mixture to fill to the red line for a dress. Mixture for the glitter also was stuck at the bottom of the bottle and didn’t mix well when shaken with the other bottle. Shame on lol dolls corporation. Add words to your instructions! My daughter loves the doll, but we have no dress now. First time buying anything LOL doll and I’m pretty disappointed.

Each layer you unwrap has a surprise inside ,which makes it exciting. The doll wear pretty princess outfits with spray shoes and tiny crowns. Love that you can collect different princess’s and mix and match their accessories. The only problem is that the small pieces get lost easily but overall my wee one had super fun and was very excited.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was good value for money good materials the set up is nice the container turns into a cup and stand to help with making it the things being wrapped was a nice it gave even more surprise to each part my child loved playing with it only downside is that the paper instructions are not clear on where to put the gel to make the skirt and My Little one done it wrong lucky I caught it before too much was wasted it would be nice to be able to by refills to make more skirts maby different colours so multiple can be made from the set otherwise great little toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute toy! This ball would make a fab gift for any child that loves princesses and loves a surprise! My nearly 7 year old was over the moon with this. She loved seeing what princess and what dress she was going to make. I love the addition of adding cold water for it to change colour. This would also be a really good Christmas stocking filler.

They were most excited about the colour changing aspect of this but we were really disappointed as the doll we had the dress didn’t really change colour much like we were expecting. Looking at some of images of dolls in the instructions some other dolls might have a more distinct colour change. They had a great time making the dress which is super sparkly and has a strange slimy jelly feeling. The ball itself transforms into a cute little cup for the water to put the doll in to change the colours. As a parent I have an issue with how much single use plastic was in this.

My girls have a few of these and love them! You mix the two bottles into one, place in mold, and wait 35-40 minutes to dry. I’ve had enough to even place in playdoh molds to make fun little stars and whatnot as extras. Wish the dolls also color change, but only the dress color changes. I feel there’s minimal mess, unless you go crazy lol.

I found the instructions quite unclear on the leaflet, especially around the pouring the gel into the plastic part and our dress did not change colour despite going into the cold water.

She loves LOL, It was a great activity for today she enjoyed making her dress, it was easy to use mess free. And instructions were very clear and easy to understand even for 5 year old. Great value for money. I would recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a cute kit! My little lady loves LOL dolls and crafts and this had both in it! You’re able to make your own dress skirt for your LOL doll! The kit comes premixed and you just had to add the bottles together to make it and pour into the mold. Super easy . She especially loves the surprise aspect of not knowing what she’s going to get and opening each item.

Very disappointing - like everyone else is saying, except those who were a paid promoter! (Eye roll) There was not even close to enough liquid to reach the fill line & after 35 mins it was still a sticky jelly that you couldn’t have used as a skirt anyways. Very disappointed kid! Will be taking all the parts & pieces back to target.

disappointed kid. My daughter was so excited to put together and make the dress for her L.O.L doll. For starters the instructions are hard to figure out, there is no words just pictures. and nowhere near enough liquid to make the dress. my daughter was so sad.
