Usually a product has to grow on me, but I fell in love with this instantly. it was a second baby splurge and it was so easy to use and worked so well. bottles came out sterilized and dry, and offers a 14 month warranty.

Problems w/product, warranty not being honored

The Baby Breeza washer and sanitizer works great when it works. We are grandparents that do not use this product daily and we still have had problems with this draining into the receptacle. The issue started about 6 months into our every other day use. That was about a year ago. We called numerous times. We did all the instructed corrections. We gave up on it for a few months then tried it again. It started working again for about 5 uses. This has been going on for almost a year now. We have tried to get the video also as requested. Can never catch it in error. It’s supposed to be a connivence but certainly isn’t when you either have to watch it or can’t use it. We just want the warranty to be upheld.

Doesn’t do a good job washing

Started using the machine now that baby is here, unfortunately it doesn’t do a good job washing or rinsing the bottles, 9 out of 10 times you have to rewash them because there’s still a residue on them, and that’s kind of the whole point of the machine, very disappointing for the price point. Also, this machine only has enough room for you to load four bottles, which is insane when you consider how many bottles you go thru in a day, I wish I did more research before buying it, definitely can’t recommend this

They do not sell a replacement lid.

Disappointed that they do not sell a replacement lid. One unfortunate fall cracked ours and now we don’t have anyway to use it. Otherwise we really enjoy the unit. It’s works great and certainly feels faster than handwashing at time.

Not impressed

This one what a disappointment. It does not wash all of the top rock and it takes 89 minutes to do an entire wash, sterile, dry session. It’s extremely bulky and unexpectedly a little louder than I assumed it would be. It recommends that you use distilled water and it’s basically an entire gallon that goes into it so keep that in mind. It’s much faster to hand wash bottles and put it in a dryer/sterilizer than it is to have this baby breeze product. Would expect for the price it would clean a little better, be a little quicker, and be a little quieter

Baby registry essential!

Don’t make the same mistake I did and wait for baby number 4 to buy a bottle washer. I have exclusively breastfed, exclusively pumped, and combo fed with formula and breast milk and this bottle washer is now an essential in my book. The set up was so easy, it saves us so much time, it is quiet, and for the first time ever my pump parts and bottles actually look and feel 100% clean!

Lots of Water and Time

Price is a bit steep for what you get. You can only wash 4 bottles at a time and if you go for the sterilize function the entire process takes 88 minutes and just shy of 1-gallon of water. Wash cycle alone takes 19 minutes and about 3/4 gallon of water. Using distilled water, this will add up over time. It does wash well from what I can see. However, we rinse bottles throughly and don’t let them sit around very long before rinsing/washing. Would have given more stars if it washed more bottles at once and used less water. It also takes up a lot of counter space.

This is great… until it isn’t

We loved the bottle washer and used it everyday, multiple times a day. It is now 19 months old and has stopped working. unfortunately it is also just out of warranty. This is not something that will last through 2 children. This has also happened to a friend of mine.

Poor design and low capacity, buy a mom cozy

Very poorly designed lid and small capacity for a counter top washing machine. There is no good way to load this with parts that ensures a thorough clean and that keeps your items securely in place. Things fall out of this all the time. You should buy a mom cozy instead.

I do not recommend

I’ve been using the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro for a while now, and while I’ve never experienced any technical issues with the unit itself, I do have significant concerns about its overall performance. The biggest issue is cleaning effectiveness. I expected much better results from a product at this price point. In reality, one wash cycle is often not enough. you end up having to run it twice just to get acceptable cleanliness. This means using more water and going through detergent tablets twice as fast. I’ve carefully followed the recommended way of positioning the bottles and components, but it still doesn’t clean thoroughly. I consistently find residue left on the nipples and on items placed on the top rack. Drying is another weak point. Bottles placed on the bottom rack, especially on the right side, often come out still wet. It’s frustrating to go through a full cycle only to find that not everything is properly dried. Capacity is also limited. It can only handle about four bottles per cycle, and it seems specifically designed for Dr. Brown’s baby bottles or similar sizes. If you’re using different brands or need to wash more at once, this becomes very inefficient. Another downside is the cost of the detergent tablets. Compared to other brands, they are noticeably more expensive in terms of price, quantity, and even the size of each tablet. Combined with the need to run multiple cycles, this quickly adds up and increases the overall cost of using the machine. Overall, while the machine works without technical faults, it falls short where it matters most. It ends up wasting time, water, and detergent because of repeated cycles and limited capacity. For something meant to simplify bottle cleaning, it unfortunately adds more hassle than expected.

Do NOT waste your money

Horrible waste of money. The filter was replaced and it still will not work. I’m stuck with this garbage and I regret my purchase. Should have went with the mom cozy option instead! This doesn’t fit many bottles. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

It’s HUGE and glitchy

I might have gotten a lemon but this machine is so gitchy it works smoothly every 5th time if I'm lucky. It's also massive. Have a huge counter top.
