Returning for sure!

I'm incredibly frustrated! I returned my Dr. Brown's sterilizer (worked great but I thought I didn't need two sterilizers if I'm getting this one) and used that money towards buying this "all in one" bottle washer. I'm very disappointed. I read the instructions, got it all loaded up, pushed the right buttons... and nothing. The screen just kept turning off. Going to try the Momcozy bottle washer next.

Do not know why this item is highly rated

Purchased on Oct or Nov 2025!! I registered for this because I thought it was the best. It is NOT, I started seeing problems a week or two of using it. It presented a draining issue that displayed E-4 and it was hard to fix. It needs to be descaled regularly (Like every two uses) I live in Orlando and we have hard water so we started using distilled water on it and it still broke in one month of using it. This brand is horrible with the warranty so I just bought the MOMCOZY BOTTLE WASHER and I wish I had done that since the beginning. It’s amazing, no issues, it fits much more, even my breast pump items and in the future sippy cups and even baby plates. It has the sterilizing function as well and even an extra one that keeps drying so you don’t have wet bottles and items like the baby brezza, won’t leave any steam marks either. The cleanest I’ve ever had my bottles and everything. I urge everyone not to waste money on this and get the momcozy instead!!!!
