A: We don't recommend warming glass bottles in a steam warmer but plastic are fine. Glass and plastic bottles can be used in our sterilizer.

My husband bought this for me. It doesn't warm up the milk at all. Light turns off after a minute while milk is still cold. Even room temperature milk stays the same.

It worked for a couple weeks then suddenly I noticed a sudden smell n shrugged it off . Paid more attention then realized it was the warmer . Cleaned it 2x n wiped it dry etc it still would burn so bad asap

This is a good bottle warmer if you're looking for one that is easy and don't want to deal with a bunch of buttons and settings. Just put the water in and hit the button. That's it. It turns itself off when it's done.

With a newborn home from the NICU, I needed a bottle warmer that was fast and efficient. However, this is NOT that bottle warmer. After reading and following the directions, several times too, this BOILS. The bottle is way too hot and the milk is scolding. It says to "wait until the light turns off" when milk is warmed. Giving it a second chance, I didn't wait this time and the milk was still super hot. What's the point of a warmer boiling your milk for you to have to wait for it to cool down?! Pointless. So, not only did it arrive late, waste my time, and waste my money - it also wasted my BM. Will be returning immediately.

No off button and this boils water to heat the bottle and if you don’t take it out fast and let it even go half the time it stays on without unplugging it your baby’s milk will be scolding hot temperature. So unsafe this should be recalled. Beware.

Originally had a different bottle warmer called the munchkin 98 bottle warmer and it kept spilling and it was way too annoying when a baby’s is crying for food. This product complete game changer baby can be on my hip and I can do everything with one hand.

Had it in September and now it’s February and ready to be replaced. The first few months it worked great, certain bottles require more/less water to heat up. But now it’s barely warming the milk. I clean the residue that builds up at the bottom, but it’s not going away. For the price I’m just glad it lasted this long.

I bought this new and it is defective. The warmer never turns off. As soon as it’s plugged in it turns on without pushing the power button and it continuously stays on no matter how many times I push the power button and the “auto shut off” never happens

Junk. Brought on the whim cuz needed quick. Gets so hot, melts bottles or boils milk over and less into bottom of warmer. Do not recommend. Daughter threw box away so can't even return.

Warms up the liquid ok, but the rim of the bottle gets painfully hot. You have to wait before giving it to your child to prevent burning.

The bottle warmer worked great for about 1 month. Then one night I went to warm up a bottle and noticed the light was never shutting off so I picked up the bottle and it burnt a hole in the bottom of my bottle. I used the correct amount of water so I’m not sure what happened. Not only did I loose a bottle, I lost 3 oz of breast milk. Very disappointing.

I have a newborn, this warmer works perfectly fine for us. I use it to warm bottles & also have used it to sterilize. The reviews I’ve read are people making those mistakes, not the warmer itself.

Be aware it does not warm up your bottles it boils them !!! I regret not reading the reviews before buying it. I threw away the box so I’m unable of returning it but would have definitely return if able. DO NOT BUY !! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I'm not sure how this got onto the market with no off switch or automatic shut off. It begins boiling the moment plugged in. Bottles become so hot you can't even take it out without using something to protect your hands. You need to constantly check it to know when ready. Most of the time I'm spending longer waiting for the milk to cool than to heat up. Don't recommend buying. We were desperate for a bottle warmer when baby came home and purchased this at Target assuming it's simple and will get the job done. Not worth the risk tho.
