not a good quality product
not a good product unfortunately. we bought it right when we had our baby at the end of july. worked fine, not great warming the bottle, but it did the minimal expected. we followed cleaning procedures and everything but it stopped working in October. munchkin sent a replacement in Nov. however, at this point the replacement is not heating up the bottle as expected either. the bottle feels warm at the top, cold at the bottom. test the formula; not warm; feels more like room temperature

Touch screen stoped working in less than 1 month
I have had this warmer for less than a month. I got it as a gift after my baby was born this July. It has stopped working. I added water, I have unplugged, I have looked up videos for reset and there is nothing. I think the touch screen just stopped working... not worth the money!!!

Not great.
This warmer is hard to use and inconsistent. You can't see the fill line very well and there's a 50/50 chance you'll get it warm or cold...and a couple times even too hot!

Pathetically bad
This bottle warmer does not work at all. The milk heats for the recommended time and I take it out and it’s not hot at all. I have to stick it through two or three 5 minute cycles to get the milk warm. It takes so long that my baby is screaming by the time it’s finished. Would not recommend at all.

doesnt work for glass bottles
Does not work with glass bottles. If you’re using plastic bottles then it does the job but my breastmilk is still cold even after the timer goes off for the glass setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Precision Bottle Warmer and Sterilizer and immediately started using it for our newborn daughter. We had a different warmer for our son but it did not come with all of the other features, requiring multiple machines. This takes the place of all of those machines in one smaller machine and it works perfectly! It makes heating bottles so quick and easy and I know it’s going to be the perfect temperature for her. The multiple functions make it easy to use to warm her bottles and sterilize anything that needs to be cleaned quickly. We have a limited amount of space so the size is perfect for our kitchen. It is extremely easy to use, as soon as it comes out of the box. We were able to quickly set it up and get started the day it arrived,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the munchkin Precision bottle warmer and sterilizer. I love this bottle warmer because it’s small and compact. Fits on my counter and I can move it anywhere. Just plug in and add water to level. It warms thaws and sterilizes. You can use bottles, the milk bags you freeze when breast feeding and you can also heat up baby food in glass jars. The digital memory remembers your last setting used. It is touch screen. . The only thing, they do recommend distilled water to use in it. Just remember to have it on hand. It is definitely a well made product and very easy to use and setup.

I love all the features from warming up liquids, to heating up baby food, and even sterilizing bottles. I can program the setting according to amount of food/liquid and whether refridgerated/frozen. It even has a "keep warm" feature. The material it is made of is easy to clean and the design is so sleek. I am really happy with this bottle warmer.

The basket is super helpful even for my bottles because the kind I have are short rather than tall. The double function as a sterilizer is a huge plus. And best of all, it looks nice and matches all my decor!

With this I don’t have to worry about formula too hot like our last bottle warmer which didn’t last very long. And with this one I am also able to sterilize parts which is such a huge convenience. I also love the Digital Touch and especially the digital memory feature. Greatest warmer I have used by far.

It warms bottles very quickly and evenly. I also use it to sterilize almost everyday; bottles, pacifiers, toys, baby spoons etc. The design is also aesthetically pleasing so I don’t mind having it sit on my counter, but it’s compact enough that it stores easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first,I didn't think I would use this product often because my baby is mostly breastfed. But, not only does it warm bottles, it also thaws frozen milk, and sanitizes the bottles, pacifiers, and I've even used it to sanitize the smaller parts of my pump. My baby is only 6 weeks old, so I haven't been able to test out using the warmer to heat up baby food, but I really look forward to that feature because I don't trust the microwave to hear evenly like this product and I bet baby will love eating warmed baby food over the room temp straight from the jar my older kids got! The settings are easy to use and easy to figure out. The warmer doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter (which is fantastic) and has a sleek design. Overall, this is a great product all around.
