Q: Do these work on any type or size of bottle?
A: Yes, it does. It's more than wide enough and tall enough.
submitted byMeg - 7 years agoA: I believe so, it's very wide and tall. I used these with Dr. Brown, Lollaland glass and Avent glass bottles and it worked great for all 3.
submitted bybbmama - 7 years agoA: Hello! The travel bottle warmer is designed to fit any standard-sized baby bottle.
submitted byTommee Tippee Q&A Expert - 6 years agoBrand expertA: No, it does not fit Medela bottles.

Q: Do all brands of bottles work with this?
A: I'd say yes because i have used it with 3 brands of bottles; tommee tippee, Dr. Brown and Munchkin Latch bottles.
submitted byAddie - 8 years agoA: No, Medela bottles do not fit
submitted byNikita221 - 7 years agoA: it is pretty wide, works with my avent bottles and baby food containers. I think the widest bottles out there are Tommee Tippee bottles, if those fit i am guessing all do.
submitted byDaisy - 8 years agoA: It doesn't work for our 8oz Dr. Browns bottles. :(

Q: Can I just use this to keep my hot water hot to mix well that's my formula? obviously I know it will be boiling, so I would let it cool way down before I give it to the baby.
A: Hi Emma! Thank you for your question. The water in the flask will gradually reduce in temperature so we cannot recommend using it to make a feed. It is designed to warm a pre-made bottle. Best Regards, The Tommee Tippee Team
submitted byTommee Tippee Q&A Expert - 5 years agoBrand expertA: So this person asked this question 2 years ago - obviously it won’t be helpful to her…but maybe someone else will see this and it’ll be helpful to them! What I did: I (CAREFULLY) poured boiling water into the thermos. I then filled my son’s bottles with ROOM TEMPERATURE water - to the 3oz line (because I was giving him a 4oz bottle at the time)…then when it was time to eat, I took the bottle with the 3oz of room temp water, that I kept in my diaper bag, and carefully poured the hot water up to the 4oz line - meaning there was 3oz of room temp water and 1oz of hot water in the bottle…then I put my formula in there, shook it up, and it was the PERFECT temp. Not hot, not cold, but warm enough for my son to drink! It’s DEFINITELY worth the purchase! And now that he’s 6 - during the winter months, we fill it with boiling water and take it with us to the park, Christmas Parades, various outdoor activities…so we can make hot chocolate!

Q: Does this work good with breastmilk?
A: Yes it does. It is similar to a thermos and you pour the hot water into the white cup and put the bottle in it to warm. It works great!
submitted byMegG - 7 years agoA: Yes it does. It actually does a very good job at keeping the water hot so you can heat breastmilk. But for me unfortunately my baby refused bottles even if it was pumped milk but for the few times that i tried to use it it worked perfectly.

Q: Does this work with Avent bottles?
A: Yes, it does. We used it with Avent and Lansinoh bottles.
submitted byMeg - 7 years agoA: The Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Travel Bottle & Food Warmer is designed to work with all Closer to Nature bottles. (Tommee Tippee bottles measure 7.5 cm in diameter at their largest point.) The warmer can be used with other manufacturer's bottles depending on the size of the bottle. Q: Does it require batteries or does it plug in the wall
A: No, it's a thermos that you put hot water in. You pour the water into the plastic "lid" when you need to warm up the bottle.
submitted byKelly - 8 years agoA: no, you just feel it with hot water like any thermos, keeps water hot pretty long though

Q: Can we use the thermal to store warm water so we can make formula on the go instead of only warming bottles?
A: Hi Alisha and thanks for your question. The water from the thermal flask is for warming up little one’s food or milk only, as the temperature at the time of using might not be at the right level to kill any bacteria that may be present in the powdered formula. We hope this helps answer your question, if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team by calling on 1-800-715-9526 or you can contact us via PM on Facebook @TommeeTippeeNorthAmerica or webchat at TommeeTippee.com we would be happy to help. Best wishes. Tommee Tippee

Q: How long does it take to warm a bottle?
A: The speed at which the warmer heats the milk or food will depend on the size of the bottle or container and the starting temperature of the milk or food (e.g. room temperature 20˚C or from the refrigerator 5˚C). For example a 150ml bottle taken from the fridge can take around 5-minutes, although this is based on the fridge being at a temperature of 5 C (40 C). If your fridge is colder than this, it’s likely to take a little longer. Equally, we’re using a room temperature of 20 C (70 F) so if your room is colder or hotter, it may change the timings too.
