Disappointed, wish I could return
I've used this warmer twice, once for a 4oz frozen bag of breastmilk and once for a refrigerated bottle 4oz of breastmilk (Dr. Brown brand bottle). I followed the exact instructions provided and used the preset settings. Neither time has the milk been appropriately warmed. After one round through the warmer, the bag was still partially frozen. I put it through again and it was almost too warm. The bottle from the fridge came out barely lukewarm and not evenly warmed. The bottle is not fully submerged, so the milk at the top of the bottle was colder than the milk at the bottom. In addition, the unit is so difficult to open to fill with water. I purchased this for myself a few months ago in preparation for our baby and now that I'm using it, I'm outside the return window or else I would get my money back. I am really disappointed, as I usually like Dr. Brown products.

Takes forever and a first times moms worst nightma
I got this as a baby shower gift and takes forever to warm up as the others stated. It takes double the amount of time even if you set it up. If you have a hungry baby you have a better chance of doing it old school with a mug and hot water. I have been using the Dr browns bottles in the Dr brown warmer and blows my mind that after the settings I have to keep warm and it is still cold.

Lota of options to heat up milk perfectly!
I like that it gives you the option warm up milk depending on the storage type such as a glass or plastic bottle or storage bag for breast milk. We have all 3 and the heating feature for the most part is on cue. You just have to remember you have it on the right setting. There’s also 3 indicators so it knows how much to heat the milk. If the milk is room temp, stored in the fridge, or if milk is frozen.

Not worth it - hard to get open
Not worth it, I received it from my baby registry— added it bc of the high price and thought it would be fancy and user friendly. Too complicated, too many settings and buttons. MAJOR flaw is the design chamber. It’s so hard to twist the pieces to get the water inside. It hurt my hands and harms, bc it needs so much force. Only used it three times bc it was so frustrating.

First of all, the line you have to fill your distilled water you can barely see it, make it a coloured line. Second it's so hard to twist off to open it to fill and reseal it, especially when having to top it off constantly. Third it doesn't warm it up enough. 6:30mins to heat up fridge temp 4oz is nuts when it's barely lukewarm. Have this for grandson, and the ones I remember using warmers back in the 90s when I babysat as a teen myself worked way better with less hassle. There must be something better out there.

Not worth it, save your money
Doesn’t heat bottles consistently whatsoever. Used with my son to thaw breastmilk bags but it was easier with warm water and a cup for on the spot feedings. With my second, it sucks. She’s on formula and I make her bottles at night for next day. Even when I bump up to 8/9oz, she’s on 6oz, it’s FREEZING everytime. We’ve added water, cleaned it throughly, tried all the things and product just still sucks. Received as a shower gift, but I still feel bad that someone wasted money. Honestly easier running bottle through hot water twice - takes about the same amount of time anyway!

The milkspa is great! It's easy to use has settings you can switch from room temperature, fridge, and freezer. The only thing the room temperature setting heats the milk up a little to warm for my liking, but you can change the time so I just knock off a couple of minutes. It's great you can customize the time that works for you and your baby. And when you turn it back on to use again it saves the last setting you did so less buttons to push. It also comes with two caps to put on your Dr.Brown bottle to heat up which is fantastic, comes with the wide neck and orginal bottle size.I love it, i previously used the tommee tippie warmer and this Dr.Browns milkspa runs circles around it. I can't express how much I love this product! You can't go wrong with it. I have used it for a little over a week now and it has made my life a little bit easier and you can sterilize in it also! Pretty cool I'd say!

Works greats just is slow
I have 2 different bottle warmers this one and another one. Fir a freezer bottle they both were lit the faster but if the bottle is thaw out this one takes 4 mins and 30 seconds and the other ones takes 3 mins. Other then that it warms up a bottle great! My grandma loves using it because it's faster then the water or microwave when she watching my daughter. Other then that ita a great bottle warmer

Not worth the price tag
I really wanted to love this product, but 4 months in and it’s giving me the H2O Error code every time even though the water is at the fill line. It’s also really hard to open to refill. I’ve also noticed an inconsistency in temperature, some bottles get super hot and I have to take them out early and run under cool water and others go the entire time and are still cold. I would not recommend this product.

So loud but it works
This machine was gifted to us, and while it does work, it's REALLY loud. There's three loud sounds and we have tried everything in terms of filling the water differently as it does seem to be related to the water line. Seriously, I can hear this from a different floor in my house when it's running.

Loud and Very Inconsistent
The biggest gripe I have with this is the loud gargle it would make after it would fill up the chamber and drain again; especially during night feeds when my husband or I were half awake. It would also startle the baby and make him cry. Nothing we tried could make it stop doing that. Otherwise, overall, if you're looking for a quick way to warm you bottles, we fould it better to soak a bottle in warm to hot water for a few minutes than take up to 12-15 minutes to warm a cold bottle of milk of formula. Granted, if we set aside filtered water to sit at room temperature we could warm the bottle in 7-9 minutes all the while our baby screaming his head off. Eventually we started using insulated water botles to store warm water so we could just mix a bottle on the spot. I would not recomend this product at all. I feel bad someone spent so much money on this as a registry gift and it works so terribly.
