Smell gave me a headache
The smell of this gave me a headache and I had to wash it out of my hair and start all over again. But I've noticed this happens to me with a lot of Drybar products, so I won't be buying any more of their products. Wish they made some of this stuff in unscented.

Disappointing
Tried this on in store and had high hopes but it left my roots feeling really stickt with an oily residue every time i touched my hair. I cant imagine it not rubbing off on everything and worse still, it made my roots flat and not even volumized. It does smell really good though. I also tried the volumizing mousse and the mousse spray and it was the same story unfortunately

Great texture product!
I have a pixie cut with choppy layers cut into the top. This product gives my hair definition. I have been using it for almost a year and a half. Worth every peny!

Spray feels nice and cooling on your scalp. However, it leaves a dry residue on your hair and does not provide much volume like intended. I have curly hair so after a while of wearing this product my hair starts getting extremely tangled.

Worked well but itchy
I wanted to love this because it does create pretty good volume and lasts all day. It has an almost minty scent which isn't bad, just very strong. Not sure if it was the fragrance or another ingredient, but it made my scalp super itchy.

This product is a must have if you want definition and texture to your hair. I have a short pixie with long bangs and this is always my go to product. The nozzle can be "tricky" at times, however the product is great.

Not Worth It
I have keratin treated hair, and was hoping this would add volume at the root. I used as expected and it just made my hair a bit frizzy and wavy all over not voluminous. I will be returning.

Smells Like Really Bad Baby Powder!
I sprayed this on my roots just to try it, before bed, and while the volume was good, the smell IS DISGUSTING! I had to spray dry shampoo, and hair perfume to be able to sleep. Maybe the bottle I got is bad/expired? It bothered my husband too. Fragances in products never bother me. Something is wrong with this product.

I was excited about this but never got to try it. The nozzle didn't work so I ended up returning it and they didn't have a replacement when I tried to exchange. Sad :(

New favorite root product!
I have fine hair and have always struggled with achieving volume at my roots. Ive tried mousses, sprays, powder, etc. THIS is the one that has worked, and it doesn't leave my hair scalp feeling greasy or drenched in product. This will be a staple in my hair routine!

Yes I love the Big Brew density root spray it adds a lot of lift and height to my hair. It's a little expensive however it doesn't take a lot of the spray.
