I have yet to make a burger with these but i have absolutely loved cutting in half and adding butter. Possibly the best gluten free bread ive had! I do toast before eating but its truly delicious

Bizarre flavor, not brioche-like at all.
If you have ever had real brioche you will be disappointed. These have a cloyingly sweet and artificial vanilla-like flavor which I, at least, found very off-putting for any type of savory meal let alone for hamburgers. They smelled like gas-station glazed donuts and my husband (who very much likes sweets and sweet sauces etc. on meat) even found them unpalatable.

Perfect for Bakes
These are amazing for baked sandwiches or using in breakfast casseroles. My favorite so far has been a french toast bake! They are slightly sweet but I love them, it reminds me of how I remember actual gluten rolls and white bread to be.

nope - desert burger buns
these are too vanilla and sugar- sweet for a hamburger bun. usually love this brand but these have a weird additive-type flavor that really misses the mark. love the size but their other burger buns are fatlr superior.

Too sweet for hamburgers
I didn't like this one. It was sweeter than the canyon bakehouse regular gluten free hamburger buns sold elsewhere. Still better than some other brands. I think Canyon bakehouse has the best gluten free bread of any I've tried.
