This was.. interesting
I found it to be more spicy than sweet. I would have preferred more pieces of pineapple or maybe the inclusion of a sweet glaze. For what you get it was pretty healthy and tasted different from standard freezer section items so I’ll give this a 4 of 5 stars. I’m not sure it’s something I’d eat all the time but maybe once every couple months I’d grab it at the store.

I liked it, I did eat it with some chips and salt for some extra boost! I've heard it's spicy, but I didnt think so! I really enjoyed the pineapple part in there! All the veggies cooked well with it being a very healthy and balanced meal. This was perfect to heat up in my microwave as a College dorm girly! I would get again, and heavily recommend this brand as a plant-based eater!

Convenient, tasty, healthy
I love Blue Zones Kitchen Bowls. The have high quality organic ingredients, they're gluten-free, and the bowl is compostable. he Hawaiian bowl is very tasty. It has a little bit of a kick. I loved the sweet potatoe, pineapple and beans, and no wierd additives to worry about

Accurately titled, for once
Most of the time when the box says spicy & sweet, there very little spice (both flavor and heat) and the sweet is just sticky, sickly sweet. Whoever made this did a great job of balancing both for once! It's not too sweet, but does have a nice little kick. (Think ordering Thai or Indian food at a 'medium' level for your favorite restaurant). Simply awesome. Pick up a few extras, as these will become family favorites.

Great for a fun meal
I found this bowl at Target when I was looking for something fun and new to try for dinner. Hawaiian food is not easy for me to access so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm now obsessed with this bowl, especially the spicy coconut sauce and pineapple.

Delicious and Convenient
I’m so impressed with these Blue Zones Kitchen frozen meals! It’s rare to find something that tastes fresh, feels genuinely healthy, and still takes only a few minutes to heat up.
