They’re not bad but don’t expect them to taste like hot fries or hot cheetos 😔 i saw a few reviews saying they did so i was excited but unfortunately they do not! A great healthy alternative but it’s not as crunchy as hot cheetos or airy like hot fries it’s more in between.

Don't go in with expectations

If you’re expecting a hot chip, I’m letting you know right now don’t. These are heavily on a cheesy profile with a hint of spice, you don’t even get an initial taste of spice. It just has like a linger. It honestly taste like if somebody got like a pepper jack cheese slice and made it into a chip. I don’t know why it says spicy on the bag, this is a mild at best. I will say, though I did like the taste and as much as I was talking smack about them as I was eating them for not actually being spicy I finished like half the bag.

These are more like Chesters Hot Fries than Flaming Hot Cheetos, but I actually prefer that. If you like Hot Fries, I think you’ll like them too, but if you’re expecting flaming hot, you’d probably be disappointed. I liked them!

Disappointed in lack of flavor

I was really looking forward to trying these based on the reviews. What a disappointment-they were unremarkable and had very little seasoning/flavor despite other reviewers saying they had lots. I will not be buying again given the cost per ounce and better tasting alternatives.

Im not completely sure how I feel about them. I expected them to taste more like a healthier hot cheeto but the flavor is completely different and I definitely prefer the texture of the balls to the cheezmos. The spice isn’t in your face, it builds with every bite and is enjoyable- it’s more-so the flavor itself thats confusing. It has a little sweetness paired with the cheddar and spice… I think you have to try it for yourself to decide

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews! 😮 I thought these were soo yummy. They are very light and not overwhelmingly spicy. Which I really like.. they are about a 3 when it comes to spice.
