DAISE Jelly Bar Soap - Froyo - 3.5oz

I loved the idea, but I hated the product. I can attest that this is the worst product beauty/health purchase I’ve made and IMO probably worst that has been created. Pro: • extremely cute concept and who doesn’t like squishies? Cons: • the packaging was horrendous to open. I had to get my Tweezerman shears to cut around plastic and think foil which took a few minutes. • Slippery because of, well it’s “gel”-ly. (Almost as soft as under-chilled Jell-O) • Breaks off by chunks and being slippery makes it harder to pick up. • too lightly scented and personally, I don’t prefer strong scents anyway but the scent is almost non-existent and I purchased the watermelon bar. • barely lathers 2/5 rating. • moisturizing - not so much, however it also doesn’t seem to have a dry long out effect. • only about 1/5 of the bar remaining after 2-3 uses since the other pieces broke off and fell into the drain. Maybe if you don’t mind 1 time uses like bathbombs, then it is fun for kids to play with but I wouldn’t purchase it for everyday use.

Fantastic product for those kids between being a child and a teen. Still super fun but definitely gets them cleaned and smelling good. Will definitely buy again!

A greay raise product! Really is perfect for the preteen kiddos who still want something fun, but something slightly more mature! Would 100% recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soap jelly is an interesting texture and is in the shape of a flower. It has sparkles throughout it and smells lightly floral. It did not irritate my skin. Because it’s a pretty big size, it makes it easy to apply to the entire body as needed but also a bit unwieldy in the hand. The soft texture also makes it slippery to handles and tougher than typical soaps to store and keep fresh between uses. The packaging can be reused to store it for now. Overall, it’s a fun novelty soap that I can see fitting in with a bubble bath or something.

This soap has the faintest watermelon scent that is pleasant. It's glittery, cute and works well. It has the consistency of Jello therefore it will fall apart but that's why you put it in a mesh bath scrubber to avoid loss.

Three weeks in and it's earned its spot in the shower. You use it like any normal bar of soap - lather it between your hands or straight onto skin - except it's squishy and bouncy in a way that genuinely makes the start of the morning a bit more entertaining. The watermelon scent is subtle, which I appreciate. It doesn't fight with whatever moisturiser or perfume you put on after. Skin feels soft afterwards rather than that squeaky-tight feeling you get from harsher soaps - the glycerin seems to pull its weight. The DAISE Jelly Soap in Froyo is a solid everyday body wash with a bit of personality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that unlike some of the other jelly soaps I have tried, this product doesn’t fall apart quickly so you get a good amount of uses out of it. The smell is nice and subtle and the jelly feels wonderful on the skin. It doesn’t lather as much as regular soap but still gets you squeaky clean!

Was cute in the package but lasted about 2 mins, fell apart. Felt like a waste of $5.
