    too much duplicates

This was way better then the basketball holiday advent calendar. Personally I will never buy another topps product again. A lot of duplicates and some cards were damage due how tight it was in the plastic holder for the pack.

    Straight hot garbage!

What an absolute pile of hot garbage! I picked one of these up for my son to rip each day up until Christmas, and it was a complete waste of money and time. Every pack was the same “base” pack, with one “Nice list” insert and the standard base cards, the “evergreen” pack was the highlight simply because it was different from the rest. The “buybacks” were alright, but pretty close to destroyed by the time you got the single-card pack out of the plastic packaging. And to top it all off, the “buyback pack” that’s supposed to be the biggest rip of the box turned out to be a 2023 Big League pack that even a dollar store has trouble selling! My son completely disappointed and was quickly bored of ripping the same trash each day. Sports cards are always a gamble, but this one is the worst! Do not waste your money on this trash!

The boys love collecting cards. They enjoyed them until they started getting duplicates. I was disappointed with the duplicates and the cards that came with the pack. Changing the boarders didn’t appease the kids, they got upset.

Recieved empty box, target wont refund us

The box delivered was completely emptied, target won’t refund us because it’s trading cards even though we never received the item. I am so sad my son loves baseball cards and this was the perfect countdown until Xmas for him. NEVER order trading cards from target, you never know if your box will arrive empty likes ours did.

    This was fun!

I bought 2 of these. Opened one so far. We had a $20 buyback card. And a bunch of rookies. We made our money back.

    Target sent wrong items

I ordered 2 Topps Advent calendars and Target sent me 2 boxes of Pokémon cards and because they are cards they are non returnable. Now I have to try to sell them on Ebay to get my money back. Thanks Target!

    Do not buy

Product is terrible nothing is going to come close to making your money back on the product. The junk wax era packs are what you will find inside so dont expect ohtani rookie year. You cant hit anything numbered in here and the inserts they put in here are printed money for topps. Stay away and dont buy

    Amazing product

As a longtime trading-card collector, I was genuinely impressed by the 2025 Topps Holiday Baseball Advent Calendar. From the moment the box arrived, it felt like a true holiday experience rather than just “another box of cards.” Why it stood out: • The calendar format gives you something to look forward to each day, which is a fun departure from standard box openings. The product is officially described as an Advent Calendar format, appealing to “seasonal surprises” and the thrill of the chase. • It delivers exclusive content you won’t find in the regular releases: for example, 20 “Holiday Plaid” parallels, 20 “NICE List” inserts, 3 die-cut Evergreen inserts, 2 foil-stamped buybacks, and an original buyback pack. • The holiday theme is executed in a fun way: familiar players from Series 1, Series 2, and Update are given festive treatments (snow, lights, ornaments) in the 200-card base set. What I loved: • The anticipation each day made opening each little pack more exciting than usual. It’s great for both serious collectors and families or younger fans who are counting down to the holidays. • The mix of base cards + exclusive formats keeps things interesting — it’s not just quantity, but variety. • As a gift idea, this works really well — it combines both collectible value and seasonal charm. • Topps really leaned into the holiday aesthetic (lights, garland, ornaments) while still delivering the core baseball-card feel. A few caveats (just for full disclosure): • As with many seasonal or themed releases, odds for “big hit” cards are likely less favorable compared to premium hobby boxes — if your sole focus is chasing top autos or relics, there might be better value elsewhere. The checklist notes the Advent Calendar includes certain pack types (Evergreen, buyback) rather than guaranteeing high-end hits. • Because this is a special format, some of the parallels and inserts are thematic and may appeal more to collectors who like the fun/novelty side of cards — if you prefer only base rookie cards and standard parallels, you might find fewer “classic” desirables. • Pricing relative to standard releases: you’re paying for the themed format and exclusives, so set expectations accordingly. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a holiday-themed collectible that adds fun and variety to your 2025 card season, the 2025 Topps Holiday Baseball Advent Calendar is a very solid pick. It brings festive flair, strong content, and a countdown experience that makes the opening process more engaging than your average box. Whether for yourself, your collection, or as a gift, it checks a lot of boxes. I’d highly recommend it.
