Good flavor, bad value
The flavor is good, cookie is soft but has a tiny bit of crunch. They are small though, not sure they’re worth almost $2 each. Theyre approx 2”x1.5x1.5

Sweet strawberry cold treat
Nightingale makes some of our household favorite sweet treats, and these strawberry ice cream chomp size sandwiches are on the list now too. The strawberry ice cream has a nostalgic taste loke the powdered strawberry milk from my childhood. The cookie sandwich part is soft and complements the ice cream nicely. The chomp size is a perfect little treat and at less than 250 calories it’s not a diet killer either.

Wonderful flavor and great quality
This is the third flavor I’ve tried of this brand and it did not disappoint. While the price is a bit higher than traditional ice cream sandwiches the quality is so good! I love that these are squares with much more ice cream packed inside than your traditional sandwich. The ice cream flavor was fruity and smooth and the outside shortcake was delicious. Paired great together and so yummy! Quality ingredients too!

Absolutely delicious ice cream treat
Well I now have a new favorite treat! These are absolutely delicious. The flavor is perfect. I like the texture of the grahams, as well as the strawberry ice cream. It gives strawberry shortcake flavors in a unique way. Each ice cream sandwich is individually wrapped inside the box. I like that it’s just a few bites but enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. It was a little thick to bite into, but it’s worth it! Will definitely buy again!

This ice cream sandwich is absolutely delicious. I love that. It is a strawberry shortcake flavor. It is made of great quality. The ice cream is a nice thick layer. Overall, the sandwich is a tad bit small. But that doesn’t bother me because it’s so good. I’ll definitely be buying these again as my whole family liked them. It’s the perfect evening snack after dinner.

Strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwich
This is one of the best ice cream sandwiches I have ever had. I really love a strawberry shortcake dessert and this was a great edition. The cookie is super soft, it almost doesn’t make sense how soft it is for being in the freezer. The strawberry ice cream was smooth, but could have been creamier. Overall the flavor was really good, and the serving size is perfect for a treat after dinner.

This is the Nightingale strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwich and it is delicious. The ice cream is thick and creamy and rich. It tastes like real homemade ice cream and has a fresh strawberry flavor. The crust is a butter cookie crust that holds the ice cream without getting soggy and it is the perfect combination with the ice cream, it’s like a strawberry shortcake bar but this ice cream sandwich version is so much better. The ice cream is a thick chunk of deliciousness, the perfect amount for a sweet treat and the crust makes it finger food, you really don’t need to dirty a dish.

Oh wow! This is simply amazing. The strawberry ice cream is not rock solid like many of the ice cream sandwiches and is so flavorful and the cookie - oh my goodness it was so good - chewy, full of flavor as well. This was like the best explosion of ice cream treat ever in my mouth. The sandwich is about 4 or so decent sized bites as it’s pretty thick and was a really great treat. I love this and am sure you will too!

Oh my goodness, I am blown away by the quality and taste of these ice cream sandwiches. My whole family tried this flavor and we were fighting over the last one. The ice cream is smooth, and the shortbread outer part was not soggy. I wish they came in a bigger package so for the pack of four is a little spendy. However, excited to try all of the other flavors as well. So yummy!

The brown sugar cookie is also really tasty. They are soft, yet crunchy and add to the flavor profile of the ice cream sandwich. The package comes with four ice cream sandwiches, but I wish it came with a couple more for the price.

Delicious but overpriced treats
These were delicious! My husband and kids all thoroughly enjoyed these for dessert. They were more expensive than what I would typically spend on dessert but they would be a nice treat for special occasions. Great taste, great quality, good packaging. Sandwiches were very thick but wish they were a little thinner to make eating easier. Crust was particularly good!
