I ordered 5 of these for a college suite for a client. A couple weeks past the expected arrival date, I contacted target for a refund since they had not yet shipped. They were stuck at “label created waiting for UPS pickup”. They said they were able to cancel it and refund me since they were never picked up from the target warehouse. A few days later I got another email that they had shipped but still had not moved so I called again and they assured me that it was canceled and I would be credited. This time I got an email that the refund was processed, but I also got another email that I could keep the item or donate it, which I never even received it! I just got another email today that they are going to be delivered. I contacted UPS to cancel the delivery. I do NOT want do be stuck with these since they’re not needed and you never know the quality of Target 3rd party items. Who knows what is happening with these headboards but it’s been a lot of effort for something that I ordered a month ago, never received, and had to call customer service twice and UPS once about.
