Both cats absolutely love this and took over it before I even had it together. I'm not sure what the other reviews are about, but it's extremely sturdy if you put it together correctly. My older cat is 25 lb and there's no way that top level is going anywhere. Super easy assembly and very sturdy!

Not sturdy. Also my cat dismantled this house.

So cute and sturdy. Our calico weighs 12 lbs and the top shelf is sturdy enough to hold her. Took 10 minutes to put together. Although it was easier with two of us to get the tabs hooked in.

Super cute! One of our cats took to it right away and crawled inside the second I put together the bottom floor. I have too bigger cats, that are 14 and 16 pounds and it is able to hold them up no problem!

Garbage. You’re better off to go to your local dump and get a random bag of garbage than buy this. Holes are not aligned properly. No way to properly assemble. Garbage, garbage, garbage.

It’s so cute but a pain to put together and when you finally are able to assemble it, the second floor can’t even hold a cats weight… had to duct tape the sides but it’s adorable . we sell fruit 9-5

My cat loves all of the different cardboard scratchers from this brand, and this one is probably the biggest hit so far! She still uses the bakery, but after branching out into the fruit market, her sales have never been better. It was slightly annoying to put together, but not as bad as some of the reviews are making it sound like (it also absolutely stands just fine on its own without any outside intervention). Highly recommend, especially for any business minded felines.

Bit of a pain to assemble but sturdy and very cute!

Alright, this thing was INFURIATING to put together, and I’m an expert at this kind of thing. The cardboard will fold back up when you try to assemble the top layer, and it’s just a mess. You fix one side, it pops up on the other. Repeat. If you were to make this as-is with just the folded tabs, it would come apart the minute your cat zoomed into it. After using copious amounts of hot glue, I managed to glue down every darn tab. Some of the slots aren’t big enough for the tabs and you have to wiggle them in. I was so annoyed. Anyway, because of MY hot glue idea, it’s very solid and my cat loves it… but on its own without hot glue…. it’s an absolute NO.

This was the worst to put together. The second level part ripped in the corners trying to adjust.

tricky to put together

I bought this as a fun prop for my office to showcase adoptable kittens who get along with my dog; it was a little tricky to assemble but once put together, it's sturdy and well-liked by the kittens.

my bunnies said RUN to grab this while you can. it his their fav thing. for months it has been holding strong. easy to assemble and very sturdy. they even roll their stuffies to it so they can experience the fruit stand fun.

My cats love these cat scratch houses and this one is absolutely adorable. This is the second one we had to get though because our kitten jumped on the roof and destroyed it literally right after I put it together 😅

Bought this to replace a smaller one from meijer that was also $20. Sturdier than others that my cat has gone through. He likes to bite at the sides and he has plenty of area to do so. I like that there are two layers so he can play more on/around it. Took to it even before i was finished building it. Great quality/durability for the price point. Out classes others that ive had before for the same price. Expecting it to last at least a year. My cat is in the 10-15lb range and theres no issue with him being in the top section.

I held off of buying this for a couple of months because of the reviews saying it was a nightmare to put together & was flimsy. This was the most straightforward cat scratcher I've put together and I've had many in the past. It's also very durable & the platform they provide beneath the 2nd story helps a lot with structure support. God speed to those having difficulty with putting this together when a toddler could do it with their eyes closed.

This is one of the best corrugated scratchers we have had and for an amazing price! The cats chase eachother up and down it plus they like to just lounge in it! I look forward to seeing what other ones they have because it has held up very well! Even with my toddler tornado always moving it around. Highly recommend! Sure it took some time to put it together and figure out the instructions but it would NOT deter me from buying it again or suggesting it to others!!
