Amazing results
To preface- I have really easy to manage hair (straight/black/thick). I pair the serum with leave in conditioner with argon oil infused with it. This product has really added so much shine and vibrancy to my hair. It took a while for me to see the results about a month of consistent use, hence 4 stars. Another aspect I noticed is my hair holds more moisture than before integrating it with my hair care. I know glycolic acid helps with moisture absorption but I wasn’t expecting such amazing results. Truly the most bang for your buck and I will be repurchasing this serum.

Overpowering, unpleasant fragrance
I want to love this product, because it makes my fine, straight hair so happy. Unfortunately I can't get past the scent, which is so strong that it lingers on my hair and even my hands for hours after use. I'm not a fan of the scent anyway, but I would tolerate it if it dissipated at all. It's too overpowering, though, and leaves me nauseated after smelling it all day. I'm so sad to have to toss the bottle.

Terrible
I wanted to give L’Oreal’s hair gloss for silver white hair a five star. But I can say this, I will never buy that again. It burned my scalp. I left it on for 11 minutes and it turned my hair darker than what the box claimed also burned and irritated the back of my neck and wherever it dripped down. So if you have sensitive scalp, I would be aware

Will not re-purchase/ Dud
Not impressed. Does not give hair a gloss at all. Very disappointed. There are much better hair serums out there. It might help you comb through your hair before styling a little but thats it. I won't rebuy.

This serum is formulated with a Glycolic Acid complex to smooth the hair cuticle from within, which typically results in a more reflective surface as the hair dries and is styled. For the most visible "gloss" effect, we suggest applying a small amount to damp hair and then using a blow-dryer; the heat helps to further seal the cuticle and activate the light-reflecting properties of the formula. If your hair is particularly porous or dry, it may absorb the serum quickly, so ensuring you have a smooth foundation from the matching shampoo and conditioner can also help the shine stay on the surface of the hair fiber. Wonderful Product Concept-Sensitive Scalps BEWARE
Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this shampoo. The scent, shine, and softness were lovely, HOWEVER it caused severe scalp tingling/irritation, and hair shedding. The in shower application experience was pleasant and seemed to coat my hair well so I had high hopes. While rinsing however, I had a lot of hair fall out from the root, which I found odd since I never have hair shedding issues. I assumed it might just be odd coincidence and continued with the rest of the line, however after continuing on with the rest of the glycolic gloss line (conditioner, and leave in) and letting my hair dry, I started to notice sever scalp tingling about 10-30 minutes after I had finished my hair routine. I can confirm it was the shampoo because I only applied the rest of the glycolic gloss routine to my midlengths and ends. This tingling turned to burning and lasted 2-3 days even after using cold water on my scalp and using my other L'Oreal shampoo line. In conclusion I had high hopes and was very sad that this did not work out. The packaging, scent, and branding are phenomenal and I would love to know a way to make this shampoo work for me! I am a L'Oreal lover in general so please for anyone buying do not be descouraged! Everyone's hair is different. I personally have fine wavy hair and this DID add shine as promised.

Love the Glycolic Gloss formula
Love this stuff. I use the Hyluron formula for the last couple of years and love it, it has made my hair so healthy and soft feeling. I tried the glycolic gloss and, WOW, it make my hair next level shiny and smooth! I am obsessed! Some days I mix both formulas when my hair needs a little extra. Please keep this product as i'm having a hard time finding in stores. Would appreciate in the bigger bottle too

Decent shampoo

I have pretty fine hair so i think in general shine formulas tend to make my hair look greasy but I still think this one did a good job of getting my hair and scalp clean
