Great hair oil, a little small but it works so well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the scent and the way it works but sometimes if you use too much it can weigh down your hair. I like to use it on damp hair and it helps smooth the hair and make it soft and easy to brush.

I use the elvive line and was hoping this oil would be the perfect extra step in my routine for the price it is. This “oil” is sticky and made my hair crunchy on application (i used it on dry hair), the smell is extremely strong and gives the same vibe as the inside of platos closet. This is a hard pass and i would not recommend this to a friend 😩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this almost every week! My hair needs oil to help hydrate and tame - I love loreal products for this and so am very impressed with the effectiveness. Its not too oily, not too thick. The smell is delightful too!

I usually use Kerastase Premiere but went looking for a drugstore dupe. I could not find reviews of this product line that didn’t appear sponsored, so I went to Target and purchased myself the 3-part L’Oréal EverPure glossing system plus this L’Oreal EverPure bonding serum from the bonding system and used all four. I have very porous chemically straightened hair, so it is extremely prone to frizz and tangles if the cuticle does not lay flat. I also have super thick hair. Typically the lamellar hair rinses are a miracle product for me, but not long lasting. I am super happy with the results of this system, the serum in particular. I used the 3 part glossing system in the shower, then the serum after towel dry. Let it air dry for a little bit and then went at it with my Dyson air wrap. Results came out very smooth at my ends, but roots are still clean and bouncy, not weighed down at all. Hair dried faster than usual with this product, and it looks shinier than usual . I also love hair products that smell like perfume, the scent of this one is strong, lovely, powdery, and floral. I can’t speak to how long they last or long-term health for my hair, but right off the bat the system is 10 out of 10 for me and super happy to find it at this price point.

My hair is admittedly in rough shape from bleaching and doing all colors of the rainbow. Bleaching some more. Boxed dye. You name it. I was excited to add this and i used it as a stand alone with just leave in conditioner to see how well it worked. It made my hair a frizzy disaster. It looked 20X more damaged than to begin with. I didn’t realize at first what was making my hair look so much worse than it already is but i quit using this to see and sure enough. Once i went back to just leave in conditioner, it was a lot more manageable and softer. I have thick, straight hair. This made it frizzy and like I’d be casually strolling around in gale force winds for an entire day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off it was so light and helped my hair maintain its softness after back to back heat! It’s hard for me to find products that doesn’t weight my hair down before straighten but this was perfect. I liked the packs and the clear directions. Definitely a new staple to my hair routine.

Luckily it's not a strong smell and doesn't last long. It does give my curls a nice shine.

This serum smells awful, first off, as others mentioned it smells of chemicals. The consistency is also extremely thick and makes it hard to blend into my hair. It also does nothing to tame frizz or smooth out hair. It was truly a waste of money please don’t buy this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this serum as a gift and i got to say If your hair has been through it—heat, color, styling, or just life itself—this lightweight, non-greasy oil-serum is about to be your new best friend. It works double duty as a bond-repairing treatment and a heat protectant, so whether you’re air-drying or styling, your strands stay strong and silky. It has a nice floral smell to it not so overpowering. And i like that next day my scalp isn't super greasy. Would recommend.

Absolutely awful. I’m big into haircare… I try alot of things. I usually shop at the pro-stores as I’m a licensed hair dresser. But I still dabble in drugstore. I was excited about this product when I first saw it online. When I finally tried it, I was super bummed. It doesnt smell good.. smells like toxic chemicals and is nowhere near the texture of a normal oil/serum. Rubbing it into my hands, it feels the way I imagine motor oil feeling. It’s also thick. I like my oils to be runny and wet. This almost takes on a solid form when you pump it into your hands. And it does not disperse well throughout your hair. Would not buy it again… i threw it away

Packing was terrible. There is oil all over the bottle plastic.

I have not noticed a difference this far but will commit for a bit longer. It is thicker than previous serums I used. At this point, I would not repurchase.
