A: Yes it does move when the seat moves. They also only make the design for the drivers seat unless you flip it backwards for right sided seating. Just fyi.

More hassle than convenience
I got this to keep items from sliding between the seats, but the tray slides or is easily bumped and things fall from the tray onto the floor anyhow. It’s become more of a problem than a solution. Great idea but poorly designed for newer vehicles

Love it!
great for filling the gap between the seat and center console! I keep full size drinks in the normal cup holder and use this one for water bottles/smaller cans. The rest of the tray is great for keys/phone

Short cup holder
The cup holder is very small and short so its dangerous to place a tumbler in it.
