Definitely does the job of a protein shake and will keep you full for a while. It does not have the chalky protein taste that some shakes do, but the strawberry flavor is definitely artificial tasting. For the artificial flavor and not-so-great ingredients, I did not leave 5 stars. However, this option is better than many other protein shakes on the market.
