    Love love love this cereal!! I don't agree that it's too sweet. I do agree that they could add more almonds. But what I'm REALLY happy about is that it includes Flax. I look forward to enjoying this and the blueberry version.

    flavored sawdust

    I am a "cereal lover", biut Kashi GO Honey Almond Flax Crunch has at least one off-putting tastes that I deplore. Tastes like the old 60s Puffed Wheat cereal, with a few other raw flavors interfering. No honey taste whatsoever. Honestly takes like flavors of sawdust, I am sorry to report.

    This is not great. It has a ton of added sugar for a supposed healthy cereal and yet it’s not great flavor wise. And it is so hard. I feel like I’m eating bird seed that’s gonna crack my teeth.

    Healthy and hearty

The Honey Almond Flax cereal is definitely another solid option. It’s a great value and a healthy way to start the day. On its own, I didn’t find it quite as flavorful as some of the other varieties I’ve tried, but once I added some blueberries, it turned into an A+ combo. It kept me full for hours, and I didn’t feel guilty afterward—unlike if I’d gone with pancakes (which I also love, haha). Nice job, Kashi!

    Terrible new formula

    I have been eating this for years, but I won't buy it again. What happened to the original formula?! Now the first ingredient is soy flakes and the second is brown rice syrup. Defeats the whole purpose of eating this in my opinion. Very sad, it was the one cereal I ate.
