I have been eating Grape-Nuts for years. Love them with Fage yogurt and fruit. But this morning I broke a tooth eating them. That's probably the last box I will ever buy. I am 71 and need to switch to a less dangerous cereal.

I hate soggy cereal. With Grapes Nuts the kernels stay hard and i don't have to rush to eat! Also you need a significantly less amount of food as the are very filling! I love mine topped with fresh sliced banana and a little sweetener. Or with yogurt and fruit Also high in fiber, iron, and folate for all the baby mamas out there!

This is an oldie but a goody. I recall my great grandmother purchasing this and eating it every morning. I have to say as a kid it was not my favorite but as an adult I can vouch that it is very filling and full of fiber.

I am addicted to Grape Nuts. A little bit of sugar and vanilla oat milk, then a splash of regular milk also. It's absolutely my favorite, and I'm addicted to it. Keeps me regular, also.

I've been eating Grape-nuts for nearly 60 years. But after this morning I won't chance it, my teeth are too fragile to take this again. I broak a tooth on this piece of metal or rock. See photos. Best figure this out before someone gets sued or seriously gets hurt. Piece is about 7/16" long by 5/16" wide by 3/16" thick.

I've loved Grape Nuts since I was a kid. There's just something about the nutty, toasty, barley crunch that is so satisfying. I recently rediscovered my love for them when I started to crave them while pregnant. They're full of fiber, folate and iron. I usually eat them plain with oat milk, but will also add to yogurt and eat with bananas.

I put this on high protein yogurt and end up with a filling breakfast with 30g of protein without cracking an egg. It also is ridiculously high in iron. Food iron, the kind you can actually digest, unlike any iron supplement I've ever tried. Seriously, check the box, it's almost a full day of iron in a single serving. Does it have a lucky charm vibe? No. You won't taste a molecule of sugar. But the iron will give you lasting hype. Now, when you first start eating it, I'll be honest- your teeth will need time to adjust. If you have a crown or two, you might even have a panic moment. But I'm a year deep into an obsession with this and have lost more crowns to bubblegum than this. And now, I crave it. I eat it daily. I am distraught if the store is out and I tend to buy two boxes at a time. I took a box on a cruise y'all. I like it THAT much.
