Great flavor, ok texture
Big fans of mint chocolate chip in our house so I was looking forward to trying a new option. I like that this is high protein and really enjoy the flavor. It’s a nice blend of mint and chocolate. The texture is a little different from regular ice cream, though it wasn’t bad by any means. Not gritty or odd like some other protein ice creams I’ve tried!

Delicious Mint Chip Flavor!
This mint chip protein ice cream tastes just like regular ice cream. The flavor was good and there were plenty of the chips in the pint. The texture and consistency was normal. I was nervous with extra protein that there would be an after taste and I was pleasantly surprised there wasn’t. I would definitely buy this again and looking forward to trying other flavors.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the swoop brand as every other protein ice cream I’ve tasted has tasted disgusting. The texture of this product is excellent. I just wasn’t a huge fan of the flavor. It tasted very minty to me almost like toothpaste however, the chocolate combed that. Still one of my favorite brands.

I enjoyed this way more than I expected!
After seeing that it had whey protein in it, I was expecting some kind of protein powder after taste, but this ice cream is really delicious and the ingredient list was shockingly small. The one thing I will call out is you can really taste the mint extract. Some bites tasted great and some tasted like you were drinking from the extract bottle but I found myself loving the texture, chocolate chips, and overall flavor.

Good mint flavor but halfway filled
I really like the mint flavor but it was halfway filled :( maybe it was a bit melted cause looks like there was ice cream on the side it was sealed so I don’t think was opened I’ll try again maybe and see how filled it is again.

I bought this one and the protein pints mint chip to compare the two. I prefer the protein pints. This swoop is falling short on mint flavor and also has a very gross aftertaste every bite. I had to push through to finish it. Not as creamy but still pretty good.

This was a delicious ice cream. It does not give a hint that it is healthier for you than typical, regular ice cream. It was super creamy and especially if you let it thaw a little bit it tasted just like soft Serve. The chocolate chips in It were really good and there were plenty of them! So if you like mint chocolate chip ice cream definitely give this a try. It’s very easy to eat the whole container and it is really filling.

Great taste and texture lots of protien
I was really surprised by how good this was. A lot of higher protien options have a strange taste or off texture. If I didn’t know I would have guessed this was a regular ice cream. The mint flavor was mild but noticeable and just the right amount of chocolate chips. Not sure that I could eat a whole container to get the full 30 grams of protein, but this is certainly a lower guilt treat.

Incredible texture and taste
I was so excited to see a new protien-based ice cream at Target, and hands-down, this is the best product on the market. The texture is smooth and creamy, and not gummy like some other whey-based ice creams. I also love that it's sweetened with natural sugars. I don't tolerate sugar-alcohols well at all that are often found in other whey-based products. Going into spring and summer, I'm exicted to have this treat. I can't wait to try other flavors!

Superb Mint High Protein Ice Cream
The quality of this minty high protein ice cream is amazing! It has a rich and flavorful mint flavor with perfectly sized chocolate chips scattered throughout. The ice cream has a great consistency and its a tremendous blend of soft, but firm after sitting in the freezer. I would highly recommend this ice cream to anyone, regardless of if they want a protein ice cream or not.

Tastes amazing and is high in protein
This product really threw me for a loop. When I first opened the package, I was disappointed at how “shrunken” the inside portion looked. However, my mind was completely changed when I tried the first bite. This tastes just as good if not better than regular mint chip ice cream. The taste and texture is great, combined with quality ingredients and high protein. That’s a win in my book. I would purchase this product again and try out other flavors.
