I'm impressed with the ingredients and the taste was very good. The flavor was spot on. I think the rice is a tas mushy. I feel like that, doesn't matter. You're supposed to mix the rice with the curry anyways. It's not too spicy for me, but I did grow up eating a lot of spicy foods! I had been craving authentic green curry for a while.And this hit the spot

The flavor of the curry itself was absolutely delicious. I topped it with cilantro, fresh lime, and that gives it the extra cake. You can add peanuts on top too for added flavor, but overall the consistency of this dish is delicious. Delicious. Delicious, and great value for an everyday meal with an easy rice recommend!

Quick to make! Light spice

I was able to find it at a nearby Target though! It was a good portion, smelled great before it even came out of the microwave and tasted really good. I will have to go back and buy more!

The amount given in the box is enough for 2 in my opinion. The smell was sooooo good it made my mouth water. Loved all the flavors of all the ingredients. Pros: extremely flavorful sauce, moist rice Cons: only 3 pieces of chicken; 1 green bean; 1 bamboo shoot; 1 maybe 2 pepper strips. The sauce is so delicious, I’d buy the same recipe if it was sold in bottles or frozen by itself. The rice is moist and tender. Hence, the low amount of chicken and vegetables renders this review only three stars.

Delicious green curry
The jasmine rice is very fluffy. The curry is very flavorful, and to me this is a "true medium" spiciness in American spiciness terms A lot of brands of South Asian foods will grossly underestimate how spicy their food is to the average American palate (calling something medium when to your average American it would likely be "hot"). This one will gives you a slow, crawling heat that isn't making your nose run unless you're especially sensitive to spiciness. Delicious flavor and pretty good macros. Portion size is just on the cusp of reasonable for the price. I'll be buying more if the price doesn't budge. Another review said this product has "sticky rice". If you're expecting thai glutinous rice, it's not that. It's just very fluffy jasmine rice, much fluffier than is usual from a frozen dinner.

Layers of Flavor!
My wife and I decided to try these curries and I was impressed by the flavor. Tasted like curry from our favorite take out restaurant. I saw some comments about strings, but I think that is just from the ginger I can taste. Seems like they are using it fresh, which explains the layers of flavors.

I enjoyed this a lot and will purchase again! I would say it is only mildly spicy however, not medium. I saw the other reviews saying they found white hairs in their meals, but I am pretty sure those are fibers from the lemongrass or galangal root. There were fibers in mine as well but they were stiffer, more like a plant fiber than a human hair!

Even the chicken, which is usually dry in most meals, was juicy AND it had a depth of flavor like it had been marinated. I love that it had some fiber, very little sugar and 20G of protein all for only 350 calories! The ingredients were pretty natural in my opinion. The best part, though, was that I actually forgot it was a frozen dinner!
