Description

The Ahimsa Purposeful Plate is designed for growing kids ages 5 and up, when appetites expand and independence takes hold. Created by a pediatrician and mom, this 9” stainless steel dinner plate gives older children the same trusted Ahimsa safety in a versatile, open design that feels “grown-up.”
Unlike plastic, bamboo, or silicone plates that can warp, stain, or leave a soapy taste, the Purposeful Plate endures through years of real family use. Beautiful enough for family dinners, durable enough for daily use, and safe enough for the people who matter most.
Ahimsa was founded by Dr. Manasa Mantravadi, a pediatrician and mother of three, who set out to make safer mealtime products after learning about the risks of plastic and melamine in children’s dishware. Guided by science and a commitment to improving the health of our kids, Ahimsa creates premium non-toxic, sustainable stainless steel kids dishes designed to nurture healthy habits for life.

We love them!

My daughter loved everything as soon as we opened the package. She kept yelling "rainbow. " They are absolutely beautiful and everything I expected. They are the perfect size for her meals. Even my husband and I are drinking out of the cups we got her. If they made larger sizes I would replace all of my dishes with these, but I'm happy that all of her dishes are safe.
