I bought these once and won’t repurchase. They’re not terrible, but they’re pretty flavorless. The egg part in particular had no distinct taste. Might be good if you add salt and pepper after cooking to the egg part and dip this in hot sauce. I would recommend microwaving a little less than the amount of time on the box or the bagel gets hard and tough. The only positive thing I can say is they kept me full due to the protein.

If someone is looking for something with no additives or bad oils in your breakfast, then I suggest this I was shocked when I saw no seed oils. This is in my new rotation for obsessions this week.
