Adding instant hydration is a nice way to switch up just plain water in a healthy way. I do mix it with 40oz or more if water or they are too sweet for me. I am an unsweetened drink person, so itay be perfect for others to mix as recommended.

Comparable to my usual brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a regular consumer of LMNT electrolye packets. The chocolate flavor being my favorite. I was excited to try a new brand with similar clean ingredients. Instant was very good and slightly cheaper than LMNT at Walmart, althoughI have to buy the chocolate online. I would definitely purchase Instant again as an occassional change of pace.

I did not however care for the taste of any of the three flavors in the variety pack that I chose. I will stick with LMNT.

These are my favorite electrolyte drink mix! Especially watermelon. Not as salty as LMNT or Liquid IV and more flavor than Drip Drop or Water boy in my opinion. I would say to stay away from the Cherry Icee flavor of this brand though. It’s pretty terrible.

Most products like these taste very powdery or ChalkyThese were super flavorful and yummy. I love the variety of flavors and also knowing that the product is filled with good ingredients that my body needs rather than stuff that doesn't need to be there. definitely made me feel super hydrated without making me feel more thirsty like other products similar to this one does. Very affordable and most of my local grocery stores sell this product which is a plus. Definitely recommend giving a try.
