I bought these for a year and they were one of my faves until they recently changed the pasta. Now it’s extremely soggy and gross. I bought it a few more times thinking maybe i just got a bad one. Nope it seems to be the new recipe. I won’t be buying them anymore.

Alfredo chicken and pasta is a favorite meal of mine. Meat, veggies, starchy carbs, and a savory flavor. This Lean Cuisine does a good job of simulating the flavor whilst trying to keep the calories where consumers expect them to be. Do I wish there was a lot more chicken? Yes of course - I'd be willing to pay in calorie consumption for it, but what I want isn't necessarily what the general consumers need or want as well. Tasty, low calories, and a personal Lean Cuisine favorite.

A lot of the Alfredo pastas in the freezer sections are grease bombs with soggy noodles and no broccoli or protein. This does a nice job of keeping the pasta al dente with a light coating of sauce and a decent amount of chicken and broccoli. If you want something super saucy, you're better off with a different brand, but I appreciate that I get flavor from this version without feeling like I have a block of grease in my stomach afterwards.
