Matcha Syrup
I received product reimbursement for my honest review. For not being much of a matcha lover im pleasantly surprised by this product. It has this sweet subtle taste, and I like that its in this liquid dropper without that usual chalky taste that comes with powder

Vibrant and Versatile
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This Matcha Baker's Syrup offers a perfectly balanced earthy sweetness that blends seamlessly into both batters and beverages. It’s incredibly convenient for adding a consistent green tea punch to morning lattes or drizzling over shortcake without the hassle of whisking powder.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This Rising Star Baking Supply Matcha Baker's Syrup is a convenient and tasty matcha syrup. It has a simple ingredient list of just agave and matcha powder (the product description here may need to be updated because this does not contain vanilla). It has a nice thickness consistent with agave syrup. The only reason that I am taking off one star is because of the colorant effect when used as a mix-in. The instructions on this product say 1 tsp of syrup is a replacement for 1/4 tsp of matcha powder. I did not expect this to color like artificial food coloring but I do have actual matcha powder and tried mixing in 1/4 tsp of matcha powder with 8 oz of water and separately tried mixing 1 tsp of this syrup with 8 oz of water. While they both produced green color the matcha powder that I have is a more vivid green. The syrup produced a more earthy green, think more along the culinary matcha spectrum of color versus ceremonial matcha color. I think this syrup is convenient for what it is and I would not hesitate using it for quick addition to personal dishes or a topping (undiluted it is a dark green). For larger preparations or where more vivid natural coloring is required I think matcha powder would be more practical as a mix-in.

Great
I’ve received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This Matcha Baker's Syrup from Rising Star Baking Supply has a wonderful, authentic earthy flavor that isn't overly sugary. It blends smoothly into batters and morning lattes, making it much easier to use than traditional powders that sometimes clump. The quality of the Japanese matcha really stands out, providing a vibrant color and a professional finish to everything I've baked so far.

Great Matcha Flavor for Drinks and Baking
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This Rising Star Baking Supply matcha baker’s syrup has a nice matcha flavor that works well in both drinks and baking. I have used it in iced and hot matcha drinks, and it blends in smoothly without overpowering the tea. It gives the drinks a deeper matcha flavor and makes them taste a little more complete. I’ve also tried it in a matcha tea cookie recipe, and it turned out really well. The syrup mixed in easily and added good flavor to the cookies without making them taste too sweet or too strong. I like that a little goes a long way, so you don’t need much to get a good result. It is versatile, easy to use, and works well in more than one recipe, so I will definitely buy it again!
