Great macros, okay taste

I drink a lot of protein shakes to either supplement meals or be total meal replacements throughout my work day. If you are after high protein and low calories, this is a 5/5. If you are after TASTE first, then you probably won’t love them, because they are just okay. Does not have any impact on my stomach or digestive system. The small, boxed drink packages are always convenient to grab and be on the go! That’s a plus. Will continue to drink them and will consider buying them again if I get a really good sale.

The texture is so smooth, not chalky at all, and the chocolate flavor is perfectly balanced – not too sweet, but definitely indulgent enough to satisfy a dessert craving, which is my favorite way to enjoy it! The price point is also fantastic for the quality and portion size you get making it an easy choice whether you’re stopping in for a quick meal replacement or a post workout treat. This has become my go to post workout recovery, beverage. I love that this shake tastes like a treat while still supporting my health and daily protein goals! If you’re looking for a protein shake, that doesn’t taste like a typical protein shake, this is it -I highly recommend!

The macros on this protein shake as great: 200 calories, 12g of carbs, 2g of fat, 3g of sugar and 33g of protein. Super short list of ingredients, natural sweetner and tastes like actual chocolate milk. Something to consider… If you are sensitive to the taste of Stevia, well that’s the natural sweetner I mentioned… I don’t mind it, and actually prefer something to be real food instead of lab-made, but again worth considering before getting a whole box of these. All in all, these have made it into my regular grocery haul. They’re about as much as I spend on powder protein shake, but are ready to go. Having a super cold one after a hard workout in the heat feels like a treat or even better, late at night to finish out my protein goal for the day while watching TV. Winner all around.

High protein, but diluted flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a busy mom of 2 under 2 who works full time and am always looking for an easy way to get protein in the morning. I had high hopes for this as it has 33g of protein and would be a quick and easy grab and go. The flavor is severely lacking as it takes like very watered down 2% chocolate milk. I do still mix it in my coffee which works fine but it’s not one I would recommend drinking by itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Muscle milk is probably my favorite go to protein shake. I normally get the less protein but this is even better, 33g. This is just what I need to get those extra protein grams in for the day to build muscles and keep me full throughout my workouts. The taste is good. I peeped the chocolate. It is a bit of a stronger protein taste than some others but it’s not too harsh. It’s great for on the go and taking to the gym for after workouts.
