Does Not Hold Up

2.5-3 stars - This is a great price for table and 6 chair. It works well for our small 2 person family. Unfortunately, it is incredibly easy to damage all of these pieces. Set a plate or fork down too hard? Dents the table. Have buttons on the back pockets of jeans and sit down too close to the chair backing? Deep scratches. Slide a wooden napkin holder or ceramic salt and pepper shakers across the table? Several visible scratches. It cannot handle typical use of a dining set. Additionally, none of the felt furniture pads stay on past the first few days so maybe just buy higher quality ones and attach them yourself from the beginning! While it is a great deal, I’m not sure if the quality is worth the price especially if you plan to use the table often, have kids, or host regularly.

Received Incorrect Item

I purchased this 7 Piece Dinin Room set for my Mom for her birthday. It was shipped to Trinidad and received today. When she unpacked it the boxes she only received 4 chairs. Since the package arrived in Trinidad after 30 days, I am not eligible for a return or refund. There should be exceptions in this case, since I was unable to open the boxes before shipping them out

Target Plus membership is of no use if cannot return Part of Order which is Defective

Really disappointed. I am kind of regretting shopping thru Target. I did not have any idea about this return policy. Spending money to buy this Product thru Target, then getting defective product and then having NO Option to return only defective product is really not good policy. On top Returning after Reboxing is much worse, because I have to spend 5 more hours disassembling and figuring out how to rebox it. I would not want to spend time on that and also make sure not to buy anything from Target going forward.

Nice table, good price.

Came in perfect condition. Looks very nice and seems to be pretty durable! Pretty easy to build, took two people (one 6 months pregnant) about 2 hours to build. Will update the review on durability if I notice a decline.

DO NOT BUY! Absolute junk comes broken

Absolutely TERRIBLE product and company. Arrived with scratches, damaged legs and backs of chairs, table top did not even match the wood as shown got completely different color. After setting everything up and spending a couple hours doing so what a headache… I contacted the company sent them pictures of the damaged products to see if I could get replacement parts they said no have to go through Target since I purchased. Per Target can’t get replacement parts I can buy another table. Buy a second table to swap out parts and everything arrived broken in busted up boxes once AGAIN. Table has a gash in side. Chairs have dents in wood backing. You may think it looks nice for the price but please take my warning this is a headache and a waste of time and money. Now I get to package 2 of these dining sets all up to Return and I can haul my old set back up from my basement. Busy family with 3 small kids this is absolutely HORRIBLE service do yourself a favor stay away from “Best choice Products”
