The mattress topper is fine, although they are very expensive! I was holding out for a coupon code and one day after I purchased it I received one. My order was still processing, and I emailed repeatedly even tried messaging on social media coupon code could be applied to my order. I showed the coupon code showed the screenshots of it working in my cart. But they told me it was an invalid coupon code and would not apply or give me a credit. Response time is 24 to 48 hours with one sentence. I respond back showing that it works and then I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours. Ridiculous

This is an honest review. After spending thousands on other mattress toppers over the years, I tried this one without much expectation. It has only been 3 days so I can't speak longterm. However, we seriously do not wake up with back pain from our mattress anymore. We are sleeping longer. Our bed feels so much more comfortable. It stays on and does not slide around due to elastic sides you put over your mattress to hold it in place. I'm really happy with our purchase. It is a pricey investment but you spend so much time sleeping, it is worth it.

Not at all as photo ad shows for the amount of batting within the pillow top. The Lux Topper I received has maybe a 1/4 inch of batting among the center squares and the edge has maybe a 2” wide by 1” roll that doesn’t even fill out the sewn area for it. Rather disappointing as I was more interested in the pillow top and not so much the blue pad.

We have an extra firm mattress causing lots of hip and back aches. This topper gives great support while reducing the feel of the hard mattress. I get up in the morning without all the stiffness and aches. Highly recommend.

I originally bought the topper for my guest bedroom. It made a huge difference for a guest that had trouble sleeping. He ended up buying the exact topper for his own bed. I bought a second one for my own mattress. I wake up without feeling stiff. Great option without having to buy a whole new mattress.

This mattress topper did not work for us. We have a platform bed with a new mattress, because my husband tosses and turns all night. The platform keeps his movements from affecting me. The foam layer of this topper sent every movement he made rippling over to my side of the bed. The topper also was too soft for me, and I woke up with a sore back. And it was too warm. As it did not help my husband's hip/shoulder pain, we opted to return it. Except that returns are not simple. We have to call around to see which charities might accept the topper as a donation (Habitat for Humanity does not want it ). A time consuming process, which we are still working on.
