We love this mattress topper. It was packaged well. It was below freezing outside when delivered so it took a few hours to fully fluff up but when it did it was just what we wanted. Love the cover also.

What I received was not what was pictured. I don't believe it is three inches thick and backing is entirely different than pictured.

We had bought a topper for our RV as very few manufacturers carry a sort queen made just for RVs. It was a complete game changer. We immediately loved our topper and went from awful to pure luxury in our RV. So we bought one for our Master bed in the house for added comfort. It is just as luxurious and been wonderful. The straps to keep it in place work perfect for even our deep memory mattress. Well worth the $ very happy with our purchase. Although we do not notice a Lavender smell to the topper but that's a minimal worry compared to the quantity of the toppers.

This mattress topper has been a life saver. I am a side sleeper and have been having many sleepless nights due to pain in whatever side I am sleeping on. Our mattress is not that old so did not think that was the problem. However read on line that mattress toppers could be useful for hip pain. Read reviews and found several that recommended this Viscosoft topper. Put it on our king size bed and had no pain after the first night. It has been amazing. I am not sure yet if it keeps cool as it is winter. I am always hot in bed and am hoping this topper won't be too hot in summer. So far it has been amazing and I would recommend that you try it.

I bought one queen size with the 4-inch foam for my main guest room bed, as well as a step to assist my short people with getting in the bed. I bought a 3-inch one for my own bed. I am enjoying it very much. I t is very comfortable and seems to have relieved my stiffness. I added a step to assist me getting in the bed due to the increased height. Works well. I like these so well that I plan to outfit my full size guest bed with one as soon as they are available. No guest reviews yet. Awaiting their arrivals for the holidays.

Slight improvement in bed comfort and back pain. But the topper slides around and come un strapped to the mattress very easily. This means I have to adjust my bed every other day or it’s uncomfortable and scrunches up making it feel far too squishy & not supportive of your body.

I'm 53, very active and am starting to experience joint pains. I am also a side sleeper and wake up to hip pain. We currently sleep on a tuft & needle memory foam mattress and have been very happy with it. But with the occasional joint pain, I decided to try a topper to add a bit of give. I got the lavender infused dense topper and love it. It also seems to help with my husbands snoring, of all things! We are thinking of getting one for our other bed because we are so happy with our new topper.
