This is a good enough cover in that it washes well, can cover a tall mattress, and is Oeko-Tex certified, but after owning it for a while it was put to the test accidentally and it failed. Some liquid made it past the protector and into the mattress. Do not trust this if you have an expensive mattress you really intend to protect.
