A: I saw them in store and they say they are treated with anti-microbial technology. Pretty upsetting.

This is not an extra firm pillow. It’s thick, which gives the illusion of firmness. You still sink and have zero support, you just have a farther way to sink into it and will hurt your neck, back, and shoulders in the process. Also the material is LOUD when you toss and turn on it, as you will invariably do if you’ve bought it seeking firmness.

At first I thought this pillow would be super nice after seeing all the prices of most other pillows. This is a really soft pillow that keeps it shape well. I got this for my dorm and love it!
