    Great topper

    Got the lux topper for my son after he stayed at a Disney luxury resort and said the bed was the best part of Disney. I did some research and Viscosoft was recommended to give that luxury topper feel. My son says that his bed is even more comfortable than his bed at Disney.

    Perfect soft balance for our firm mattress!

    We got the Hybryd Lux Mattress Topper to make our firm mattress more comfortable and it has been wonderful! It gives the right amount of cushioning without making it too soft. It’s our first time using a topper and we were worried about it being too hot, but so far we haven’t noticed any change on temperature. We are happy with it and would recommend.

    Not for my body

    The quality seems there. Well packaged. Fits well. Sadly my body doesn’t like it. Uncomfortable and wake up achy. I weigh 160, side sleeper. Have resolved myself to a new mattress at this point. I also wanted a loftier, cloud like feel. Company seems solid and earth wise which i love so much.

    I received the wrong topper.

    I received the wrong topper. I ordered the 4 in. Hybrid but received the 3 in. I did not realize it until I had already opened and put on the bed. As I was about to break down the box I noticed the lable on the side of the box said 3 in.

    Disappointment

    Slept too hot and memory foam doesn't have enough give in it. Doesn't really help with pressure points. It does seem to be made pretty well though.

    Not thrilled

    The pictures online really exaggerated the fluffiness of the product. It is not sufficiently soft and comfortable for our use. We will probably just get rid of it. We feel like we can’t return it because we can’t get it back into the box.

    Wanted to Stay in Bed

    The new topper we received, the hybrid lux, is exactly what we needed for added comfort. As soon as my wife and I got in bed, we knew the comfort was great! When we woke up the next morning, we were tempted to stay in bed. A great product, delivered quickly!

    “A Happy Granddaughter”

    My daughter bought a box mattress 2 Christmas’s ago for my granddaughter. I felt bad for her when I learned she wouldn’t sleep on her bed but never telling my daughter why. My granddaughter felt bad and didn’t want to hurt her feelings as she told me her mattress was too hard. So I bought her a full size 4” viscosoft topper.     I did A LOT of research that led me to Viscosoft. The topper is amazing. Customer service and delivery also excellent. So many times customer service falls short, especially with online businesses. Not Viscosoft! I’m so impressed with them and ordering another topper this weekend. I highly recommend!

    Helps a little but the ultra plush top is not plush at all.

    I searched high and low for a supportive mattress topper with a pillow top. judging by the product photos, this looked perfect with the thick memory foam and the nice, full, super fluffy looking top. however, the "ultra plush" is honestly not plushy at all. We've had it on the bed for about a week with hopes of it fluffing up. Pretty sure you could take that part off and just sleep on the foam and it would feel exactly the same because it's almost completely flat. In fact, I could just put a comforter over the foam and that probably would have been plushier. I even tried throwing it into the dryer to try to fluff it up but it still came out flat. my back still hurts, though not as bad as it did with just my way too stiff mattress, but I'm sure the pain is just because you sink right into the memory foam until you're basically sleeping in a hole with no support from the top plush layer. I really wanted this to be our saving grace but I think I could've gotten something pretty much the same quality for 1/4 the price. It says I have 30 days to return but I'm not sure how to go about doing that since it's obviously not going to fit in the box again.

    Hybrid Lux Topper 4In

    I recently purchased a Big Fig Mattress and needed a good Mattress topper because the Big Fig is really firm. After extensive research on line, I went Viscosoft and it was the absolute best decision ever! If you have a hard Mattress go with this Topper.
