very nice looking. instructions SUCK- took me so long to put together trying to follow so i figured it out myself. the bottom cushions are very comfy however the back is SO THIN and metal so when the pillows squish down, it’s super uncomfy on the back. i just large bought throw pillows and they work so much better. i don’t think this couch is low, some reviews say it is but im a very small woman lol so the height is great. the chase lounges are super short. my feet hang off and im 5’2… but i usually sit curled up in a ball so its fine for me. idk if id pay $400 for this again but its a fine couch. i do love the material! i got the white and all stains come out so easy & its super soft. overall i give it a 2. it’s just fine. i think manufacturer should have to pay me back for it- i arrived in one big box which was so damaged it was barely a box… im surprised my couch wasn’t damaged ! disappointed in shipping and delivery.

It is pretty, but the back cusions are soooo thin. They never really poofed up once opened. The couch is also low to the ground. Pay attendion to the measurements. It took us about 2 hrs to assemble. The instructions are not easy to follow.

Don’t get this couch. I literally had nothing but issues with it to the point that I barely even sit on it due to anxiety of it falling apart. The wood is cheap, customer service was not great. If I could return this and get my money back I would.

Stop yourself from saving a couple of bucks, you will end up spending more having to buy another sofa. This was hassle from beginning to end. The first shipment came with wrong pieces the second one didn’t have holes to put screws in. Cheaply made, careless mfg. Just save a little longer and buy something else.

Unless you're willing to put hours of work and concentration into this couch I wouldn't buy it. A lot of the pieces don't line up at all, some pieces were missing and the material is all around pretty cheap. Very low to the ground and not too sturdy. After 7.5 hours of my boyfriend putting the couch together, it is finally up, but we're missing 4 legs. Lol. Hoping for the best.

This couch was delivered in a flimsy but large cardboard box, barely held together with tape. The contents were exposed as the box was heavily damaged & subsequently ripped open. Ok, that’s fine…I’ll live… Nope. It is not fine and does not get better. There are NO instructions or guide at all. I am handy and can find my way but this was ridiculous. After a phone call and promise to email us instructions in 1-3 business days, I searched the web to no avail. Someone posted a picture of the couch that helped serve as a guide for me. We had to Sherlock Holmes our way through this thing. Finally we got it. At one point, while assembling you kinda just black out—you are now sucked into this. You must finish. And you already know the piece of crap that you are constructing at that point. But it doesn’t matter. You just need to finish. DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH. Terrible quality, no instructions, faulty parts, damaged parts and now A BAD BACK

When you lean back the wood cracks. If you want to sit on a couch and not worry about it breaking under you, do NOT buy.
