Terrible quality! Terrible customer service!

This bed is terrible quality. The step ladder to get on the bed broke when my child was using it to get on the bed. First the first step then the 2nd step. I called customer service for replacement part. They never answered for a month then when I reached out again they said it was out of warranty. Bad quality! Bad customer service! Don’t buy it or from this vendor!
