Funny story is that I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Funny story is that I ordered chairs from Crate & Barrel, these were comfortable, but that I had to return due to the awful finish, that looked like paint and not wood. To replace them, ordered this Plank & Beam chair in warm wood color. The P&B look better and are even more comfy that the C&B, so I am very satisfied in how our dining room turned out. The only difference is that you have to assemble the chairs yourself, but since the price was almost twice less, we were okay with that.

Cracked

Previously I'd given this set 5 stars for appearance and ease of assembly. I am dropping my rating to 1 because 2 of the chairs have developed cracks. in the submitted a complaint to the company and have yet to hear back from them. This should have been a no-brainer. I am a loyal customer, having purchased a verso kitchen table, coffee table, and end tables
