Pure Essence LifeEssence, Whole Food Based Multivitamin, 240 Tablets

These are the greatest Vitamins ever. They are a little expensive but well worth it. I tried to stop taking them for a while to save money and buy a cheaper brand but I was tired and lifeless and the only thing missing was these vitamins.

This appears to be a very clean product, though I wish they would obtain organic and non-GMO certification. Solid quantities of all the basics, but some benfotiamine B1 would be good. The superfood and whole food complexes are excellent additions. They should omit the MgO and just include some reasonable amount of a higher quality Mg salt. People with issues swallowing pills may have difficulty. I do take them one at a time with a good swallow of water. Still, I prefer a pill a bit hard to get down to one coated with heaven only knows what to make it easier to swallow.. This is a most excellent multi With a good dose of quality resveratrol it would beat every other high end product out there. As it is, and at this price, it is one of the 3 or 4 best multis on the market. I recommend it highly. It only gets 4 stars, not 5 because, as noted above, it is not perfect.
