    Needs more filling

    Pies for the 4th

    I'm the MC for our city's 4th of July festivities in rural Alaska. A local grocery store dropped the ball on supplying the pies for our upcoming pie eating contest. Katz got these pies to me within a couple of days. I know the kids in the contest will enjoy these pies. Of course I had to sample one of the blueberry pies and it was delicious.     GF cherry pie for GF hubby was great

    I bake a lot but I do not have a GF pie crust recipe I am happy with yet so I purchased this for my hubby. He loves cherry pie, it's a favorite of his since childhood and I'm happy to say he loved this! He also loves your poptart breakfast pastries. I had a bite too and it was tasty and the crust buttery and flaky. We will be buying more of these.

    Childhood Favorite!

    I was crushed when I found out I had to be Gluten Free. No more of my favorite pie. I was pleasantly surprised when Sprouts carried your pies for the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. So I thought I'd give it a try. Yum! But was disappointed to find they only carried the pies over the holidays. Knowing that I can have them delivered straight to my door from your website saved the day. Thank you for providing those of us who can't have regular pies a delicious option is wonderful. Thank you!

    Fix the filling ration and these are 5 stars

    Just like the apple pie, the crust to filling ratio is WAYYYY off. There is so little filling, but what is there tastes very good. The crust is delicious, especially if baked in a toaster oven. Please fix the ratio.

    Not a good crust to filling ratio

    Although the crust was surprisingly flaky, there was just too much of it to get a nice compliment to the cherries. It overpowered the filling which from what I could tell was sweet, but smothered in crust.

    Too flaky

    I know these pies aren't going to compare to a gluten filled pie but these were so crumbly and flaky that it just ended up being a disappointment. They weren't that great either.

    tasty, could be a little more tart

    This is a good pie, with flaky crust. The cherries are good but on the sweeter side, my personal preference would be for it to be a little less sweet to make the cherry flavor stand out a bit more.
