Westinghouse Comet Ceiling Fan, 52 in. LED Indoor, Matte

So smooth and quiet and it moves the air far better than the fan it replaced. It’s a knockout aesthetically as well.

Has not been installed yet but I love the look of the matte black.

It works well, lowest speed is a little high for me.

Purchased two other fans for my kitchen and one bedroom, and wanted to purchase the same model to keep the look. I had to adapt it to fit the flush style. It is great when it is finally up.

Consumer Report gives this fan a great rating! I have no issues with the fan at this time. However, the installation instructions were as poor as any I have ever seen! Very disappointed to have to spend so many hours, figuring it out!

I purchased a Comet 52 in ceiling fan for our bedroom last year. I was so satisfied that I have Purchased two more. One for our living room and one for guest bedroom. The are quiet, look great and work really well. The only issue I had is the fan I purchased last year came with a remote control and these did not. I didn’t know that until I opened the box to install the fans. I had to go online and purchase the two remotes separately.

Although the lighting is not very bright, it is it's quite harsh. Actually, we do not use it for that at all. Simply put, the fan looks quite elegant. And cools down the room very quickly. We love this fan and even purchased 2 of them for 2 separate rooms. I would definitely purchase This ceiling fan again.

The fan was fairly easy to install. I'm very happy with the product - it's sleek and very quiet. Moves the air very well. The built in lighting is nice so you don't have to change the bulbs.

I bought this ceiling fan & it was so good I bought one for every room in my house. Completely silent, moves air, doesn't wobble, bright LED light & fairly easy installation.

I purchased based on the Wirecutter recommendation. Had it installed today by an electrician. One screw that had to be loosened was screwed in so tight it took him five minutes to loosen it, and it took him 25 minutes to install the blades, so it wasn’t a walk in the park to install (instructions are minimal fwiw). For the one hour it’s been on since he left, it looks good, is quiet, and I’m happy with it. Oh, the registration form asked for both a model number and a serial number. The first was easy but I’ve yet to find the serial number. It’s not on or in the box and I haven’t found it on top of the fan housing either, which is where Google AI told me to look. The only reason I’m not recommending the fan is that it’s too early to do so. Read the Wirecutter article on ceiling fans where they recommend it.

Bought this for a remodel and it works fine and looks good. Remote works great, but cannot get the dimming feature to work and I have no owner's manual to look at. Perhaps someone can help me. The download feature on this site just comes up with "Specifications" rather than a manual.

Very pleased so far with this ceiling fan. It's quiet, stable, and moves a lot of air. It looks great also with its matte black finish and frosted glass light.

Love the fan itself, the lighting isn't great but I'm hoping a remote dimmer will help with the intensity and color
