Was a very nice rug. Just decided to go with more of a washable neutral color. The return process was fairly easy but because of the size (7'10" x 11)was calling it very close on keeping it at 96 inches otherwise there is a hefty fed ex charge. Company was good in replying to questions.

I purchased this rug a few weeks ago, we have tried to do everything to get it not to slip around on the floor. We used mats we even used alien tape, trying to get it to stick I have to return this rug or just give it away. It is way too dangerous to be in the house since we are older, senior citizens.

I have had this rug for about 5 months. It is beautiful in person, however I am disappointed with the quality. The rug is absolutely not square. If the front is lined up with my tv stand, the sides look like they are crooked and at the wrong angle. One corner is worse than the other. I also have to vacuum constantly, this rug feels like it traps so much hair and debris. The fibers are medium soft, but you have to have a rug pad if you want to have any cushion whatsoever. Overall, I love the look of this rug, but wish it had the quality to match.
