Soft - but it has a lot of gray in it.
I did not see anything in the description, but the rug has a lot of gray in it. It's not a stripe, it's just random. To me the rug looks dirty with the gray in it. Didn't put in down on the floor, so I really don't know anything else about it. Once I saw the gray, I knew I had to send it back.

Perfect rug for any area of your home

Nice Quality
I bought this small rug to see if the colors would work in the room. Unfortunately the gray is really prominent so the large size won't work. Overall, I am pleased with this rug's quality and thickness. Despite being a small throw rug, it lays flat on the rug pad and doesn't move around. I'd recommend it if the colors work for you!

Not exactly ivory
The rug is very nice but it is a lot darker than the picture and it’s not what I would call ivory. It’s more tan and the blues are darker.
