Not plush
This is my second order on rugs.com. I was pleased with the first but this one is disappointing. The Pearl color is more yellow/buttery color and is not plush, fees like I am stepping directly on the mesh base. Rugs that Costco used to carry were so much nicer.

Inconsistent; great when you get a good one
I bought the 10x13 in Pearl and it was gorgeous. Soft and thick. But it had stretched due to the folding during shipping and the humps wouldn't go away. So I bought a 7x10 and 2 runners. The 7x10 is fine, although not exactly square. But the 2 runners are going back. The color doesn't match the 7x10, the fibers aren't as dense, there's a whole inch of backing on some edges without fibers, and randomly some of the fibers are super long like they weren't cut. I'd pay more for more consistent quality.

Fantastic Rug
I bought the pearl color for my daughter’s room and it looks great! Wonderful quality and doesn’t shed at all like so many shag rugs do. It looks and feels so much more expensive than it actually was. Really happy with it!
