This rug is beautiful but I did not read the cleaning instruction before I bought it. States to vacuum at highest settings. My vacuum has only one setting. After one time cleaning it, it is is fraying.

I love this rug, so much that I bought 2 runners. It is so soft. BUT here's the issue, it sheds off tons of soft long fiberts that stick to anything rough, like your pup's feet. If you vacuum it, tons and tons of soft fibers fill your roller with one vacuum. So be aware of this when you purchase this rug. I am going to try to wash and heat dry the rug to see if that takes off any of the loose fibers.

They have the consistency of those thin washable rugs and you won’t be able use any Dyson vacuum on these, they’re so flimsy that the vacuum sucks up the whole rug and jams. They also will have eternal wrinkles because of the almost non existent backing. I guess you get what you pay for, these are a nightmare.

I am so pleased with this rug. It's soft on my feet, stays in place on a wood floor, and is standing up well to my big dog's claws.
