overall good product but chair needs more cushioning

I have used only for 2 weeks but overall a good product, definitely helps rising up from sitting. I added a seat cushion as the chair seat is not soft when sitting in it for more than an hour. Arm rests could use a little more padding, too.

Control device. I would recommend but was not what I thought I was getting

It was not the one I thought I was getting. This has hand held control device. The one I thought I was getting had control buttons inside right side arm rest.

Meets my health needs

I like the chairs features and has met my needs. I have one complaint on the quality of the workmanship. For some reason I’m a person about detail. The right arm rest is smooth and even. The left arm rest has uneven areas as you move your hand back and forth. It probably won’t bother most people but it does to me. I know this is nothing you can repair now but I ask that the person in charge of quality control make sure especially those areas on the chair where it will be touched the most, be even.
