I somehow ended up on Rodelle email and finally decided that I needed to TRY the product...so I ordered the smaller size Vanilla (hey, its not cheap and if it didn't turn out to be as good as everyone said, I didn't need 8 oz in my cupboard). Turns out I should have gone ahead and ordered the larger size. Definitely worth the cost and adds a great fresh flavor to the few things I actually bake (and not all require pure vanilla -- but now I'm looking to expand since I love the taste). So go ahead and splurge -- you'll not be sorry!

This rodelle organic vanilla extract is a game changer! It is the premium of extract products in my opinion. There are only 3 ingredients in the bottle which makes me feel very good knowing that I don’t have junk in my extract that I can’t pronounce, and I’m ingesting good things! If you want your baking goods to taste and smell amazing, please get the real deal from now. You won’t regret it. I love how potent this extract is and tastes heavenly!

Having tried a lot of different extracts, I was not expecting to notice a difference. I made my normal recipe for chocolate chips cookies and my family asked if I did something different. My son asked if I put in extra vanilla, he loves vanilla so much that he has me put it in his waffles and pancakes. I have also made Belgium waffles with the Rodelle Organic Vanilla Extract and have noticed a a richer and cleaner vanilla taste.

I bake weekly and since I have started using this vanilla extract I received so many compliments! I did not change anything else beside this ingredient! Well made and great flavor ! I am adding it to anything sweet from milkshakes to smoothies , home made ice cream and of course baked goods! This company is amazing! And it is also organic! Magical product! Highly recommended!

I put it in my smoothie and it gave such an amazing flavor. I love that it is organic and made in the USA. Such a huge difference from imitation. Nice size bottle and doesn't expire for several years.
